I have been taking bergamot for awhile now to improve my cholesterol levels. There are several scientific studies, including a meta analysis, documenting its benefits in lowering serum lipid levels. I have had great success from using it in the past. This brand seems to be of high quality. I really love that it came as a 2 pack, so there are enough capsules to get through 2 months for essentially the price of one month. The dose is two capsules and they are average size and easy to swallow with a sip of liquid. They also added in other beneficial ingredients such as ashwagandha, holy basil, turmeric, ginger and black pepper for increased absorption. I have taken other products made by this manufacturer previously and I have always been very happy with the quality of their products. They are third party tested for purity and contaminants which is a huge bonus for me. They are also produced in a GMP facility meaning they follow strict quality control standards and procedures to ensure we are getting a safe, accurate product similar to how pharmaceuticals are produced. I will definitely re-order this product.

Good Value and Quality
This product is formulated in the USA but made in India in a FDA-registered facility that strictly follows GMP, ISO, and Halal standards. I normally stick with USA made supplements but these look like good certifications.I read that Bergamot may have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and may help lower cholesterol so I am trying Bergamot for the first time. It is nice to see all of these supplements (6 in 1) in one capsule and I am glad it is not proprietary.As with most supplements the effects are gradual so it’s hard to say if this is making a difference but it does look like good quality and the pills are easy to swallow.

Taking to lower bad LDL cholesterol
I’ve just recently started taking citrus bergamot for it’s claimed ability to lower LDL cholesterol as well as possibly increase the good HDL cholesterol. While it’s still too early for me to tell if those claims are true (I’ll know at my next physical/blood lab) I am hopeful it will do what many studies claim.As for these citrus bergamot pills they seem to be high quality. They came sealed in a plastic bag for shipping. Each bottle has a high quality safety seal under the lid. The labeling on each bottle states they are formulated in the USA and manufactured in India (at least it’s not China). I chose these as they not only include citrus bergamot but also ashwagandha and tumeric, as well as ginger, holy basil, and black pepper.The pills themselves are an average sized capsule and are very easy to swallow with no aftertaste. So far I’ve had no adverse stomach or intestinal reactions to them.Overall I’m very satisfied with these. Although I’ll really know more the next time I have my blood work/cholesterol levels checked. Great price too!
