In terms of the product’s ingredients, I’m impressed. There’s great nutrients and minerals that your body needs. I do not have digestion issues, so I didn’t not see any change there. In terms of energy and mental clarity, I think I saw some of that when using, overall, I have not seen massive changes in my digestion, bloating and focus, but I’m only a few weeks in. The grape flavor is not noticeable when you mix into a beverage; I only notice that flavor when I put it directly under my tongue. I got this because i’ve been experiencing a decline in energy after my 40s and it can be a struggle sometimes to get the motivation to move. I’ve heard of good things about sea moss and ashwagandha and wanted to see if it could help with my issues.The bottle comes with 60 fl oz and the dosage is 2 full droppers. There is a 30 day supply. The grape flavor tastes like a watery dimatapp. It’s not gross but definitely not tasty. I had to chug some water after to wash it down. for the couple of weeks that i’ve used it, i’ve noticed small but subtle improvements in my energy. i’m not losing inches off of my waist but i do notice less puffiness. At a price of under $20 it can be a great addition to your supplement program and cheaper if you use subscribe and save.

I’ve taken about half of this bottle and I’m still not sure if I like this product or not. There’s definitely an easier time in the bathroom, but I’m not really noticing any other benefits other than perhaps a little extra energy, but I also know that products like this take time and work gently so you’re not really supposed to notice. I will say I got a bunch of bad acne the first week or so of using this, but I really don’t know if that’s a related side effect or not. I LOVE that this comes in a liquid form, which absorbs faster, but the taste isn’t great. It could be a lot worse, but the grape flavor just gives off a medicinal vibe that can be hard to get past, although I’m happy it doesn’t taste like a saltwater brine.
