This is a very nice product with a combination of five superfoods and adaptogens. It is designed to be a diet supplements to help us improving our energy, validity and focus. For a long time, I have heard the nice benefits of Korean ginseng, and ashwagandha, an Indian counterpart. Now they are combined, along with three other helpers: tryptophan, insulin and ginkgo, all good on our performance and wellbeing. Since some of them are herbs, I’d add this product in juice and use it the help boost my energy and focus from the start of the day. I feel more alert and better rested!
I have been taking the Red Korean Panex Ginseng for a few weeks now, following the basic instructions on the bottle. A dropper full in the morning and again in the evening. I just mix it with my iced tea and other than a slight sweetness, I detect no weird or un[;easant flavors. I can say that since taking this I feel more awake during the day. I had noticed a trend that by about 2pm or so I would start to really slow down, often taking a quick nap about that time so that I could finish the day. Where I would say I notice things a bit more is cognitive function. I do not feel myself searching for that word nearly as often as I used to do. I have also noticed that I feel as I am getting a more restful sleep. My watch tracks my sleeping habits and I have gone from 2 or 3 periods during the night of either much lighter sleep or restless sleeping to maybe 1 every other night. I do know I wake up feeling more alert and not taking 5 minutes to collect myself before starting the day.Something I especially like about this product is that they have taken the effort to avoid GMO products as well any artificial additives/preservatives or sugars.
