I didn’t take this product because it can expose you to lead. I looked at other green tea products and they did not have this same warning. I won’t be taking this product.

Larger Dose Than I am Use to Taking; No Side Affects
I have taking green tea for years however I have been taking a much lesser dose. This green tea is suggesting 2 capsules per day and the dose supplement is higher than I was use to. I have started taking this brand of green tea per the recommended dosage and I have not experience any allergic reaction. I am hoping I am gaining the health benefits from taking green tea. I have noticed a little change in my eating habit and I like that benefit I am gaining for this dosage. The capsules are easy to swallow and no smell or taste for me; no stomach upset or nothing for me. I feel a little more energetic also. I do drink green tea and this method is a little bit easier on me while I recovered from shoulder surgery.

I was a little worried I might feel gittery with these but nope they gave me a nice energy boost and I didn’t have just an overbearing slump at all. Its a huge bottle so will last a super long time.

I wanted the effects of green tea but I cannot stand the taste of green tea. This is a perfect alternative. The green trea extract in capsule form does the trick.I do not feel the taste when I swallow the capsules. I only take one a day because I take other antioxidants. This bottle will last me a long time. I am so happy I found this green tea extract.

Green tea is highly recommended as part of a healthy lifestyle, but if you don’t care for the taste, this is a great way to get the benefits. I’ve added this to my daily intake of vitamins and minerals. You get plenty of capsules that are easy to swallow, and contain enough green tea extract to impact your overall health. I’m at the age where I figure I should take a few extra steps to ensure I stay well, and I’m glad to add this. My primary care doctor agrees that taking these will give me a bit of an edge on wellness. There’s nothing to lose and lots to gain, whether you drink green tea or take a capsule each day.

I take green tea in the morning for an energy boost with another brand. Taking an equal amount of MG of this product, I am not feeling the energy boost at the same level. But I do feel the energy, and will use it on my weekends. It does stop me from feeling slumberish.
