Seems to have good ingredients. Not near enough capsules included for the recommended dosage period.
I always wait a week or two before sharing my opinion on supplements I am trying.This allows me to share my experience more accurately.I was not well informed on these ingredients so, I looked it up.Here is what I found:”CLA, Chromium, Garcinia, and Cinnamon are frequently combined in dietary supplements aimed at supporting weight loss, fat reduction, blood sugar management, and metabolic health. While they are marketed together for weight management, each has distinct primary, and sometimes mixed, effects based on research studies.”Then, it goes on about the details of each one.You can find that info easily so, I digress.All said, no matter what you hear or read, PLEASE, ask your health care professional to make sure it is okay for you to take ANY supplement, especially if you are on any medications.The details in the information graphics were a little confusing, for me.It states “Consistent use for 4 to 6 weeks” then it also states “Take two capsules with breakfast” and “Take two capsules with dinner” BUT, there are only 90 capsules? Which is only a 22-1/2 day supply.These come in a plastic bottle that is only 1/2 full. Which is odd because it states you will need a minimum of 112 capsules (4 weeks)! There are only 90 in this bottle! There should be 224 in this bottle for the 8 week recommended period. Right? Something is odd with this one IMO.Please note to the manufacturer to be pro active in reducing plastic waste although, these were more efficient than many.So many supplements come half full or less and that is a lot of extra plastic into our planet for no valid reason.Please either add more to the bottle, reduce the bottles size or use packets.The font on the label for the dosage instructions is WAY TOO SMALL but the contrast makes it legible with my reading glasses..There is PLENTY of room to make the font larger. I see know reason for this but, many manufactures do this.So, grab your reading glasses or magnifying glass!I have to open supplements and add to a drink or just pour in my mouth because I cannot swallow them.These do not taste very good so, if you do this, have a lot of water nearby!I have not had any unwanted reactions after a week of taking these.Note: I avoid chain / fast/ processed food so my body can actually absorb any supplements I take.I am 64 years old, I take no medications and I feel GREAT.I find a lot of good supplements here on Amazon that, IMO, help me stay healthy and energized.You may desire to try these but, be aware you will need at least two bottles if you follow their recommendations.

Clean product, good ingredients, but not much benefit for me
I’ve been taking this for several weeks now and wanted to give it a good try before writing a review. The BellaBurn Thermogenic Fat Burner+ contains quite a few ingredients well-known for their ability to enhance metabolism, with loss, blood sugar balance, and fat burning. I do like combination supplements with specific benefits to streamline the amount of supplements I have to take and to save money over buying many individual supplements.I have been taking two capsules per day before my morning and evening meals. I typically don’t have much of an appetite but I have noticed it has reduced my appetite even more. The capsules have a distinct smell but I’m able to swallow them without any unpleasant aftertaste. I generally have a lot of energy and haven’t noticed any discernible increase in that increase that department. I’m not trying to lose weight, just maintain my current weight by eating a clean diet and working out regularly. I’ve taken some of the ingredients in this product separately, mostly the vitamins/minerals, CLA, Co Q-10, and turmeric.While several of the ingredients are included in therapeutic amounts some are in token amounts so small there is likely not much benefit. I find it odd that there are only 90 capsules in the bottle with a suggested dosage of 4 per day that only provides enough for 22 1/2 days and it states to use consistently for 4 to 8 weeks. It doesn’t seem to provide much value for the cost considering there are only 90 capsules in the bottle. A big plus in my book is that it contains clean ingredients, is gluten free, GMO free, sugar free, and keto friendly, made in the USA, is GMP certified, 3rd party tested and transparently show it’s COA in the description.

Effective and easy to use
This product was helpful to curbing my appetite. I like that it did not have a taste so it was easy to use and swallow. I did not have any side effects taking it, which was really nice. It has been a helpful and easy part of my routine and has helped me feel less hungry and bloated.

I Felt the Burn and the Energy
BellaBurn is a great supplement for overall health support. I love the list of natural ingredients, including turmeric, kelp, grapefruit, and cinnamon. One thing to note is: When you first open the bottle, you will notice a very pungent smell, the kind of smell you expect when you are dealing with supplements that include a lot of green, healthy ingredients.BellaBurn definitely has its pros and cons. Here is what I liked and did not like.Pros:1. This includes grapefruit extract, which can lower blood pressure and even cholesterol. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I stopped taking my blood pressure medication while taking this supplement. (*Note: I stopped also because my blood pressure has also improved after a recent surgery to remove a fibroid, and my doctor is adjusting my medication anyway. I would not suggest stopping meds without letting your doctor know.). I felt generally better in my overall health while taking BellaBurn. This included more energy, which was noticeable to the people around me.2. There were times when I would randomly feel hot, and this would last for up to 30 minutes. I’m not sure if I would exactly consider this a pro, but it let me know that the supplement was working. I could definitely feel the “thermogenic” part of it.3. The capsules are small and easy to take.4. I did not experience any negative side effects from taking this supplement.Cons:1. The bottle contains 90 capsules. You have to take 4 capsules a day, so you will only have enough to cover 22.5 days in one bottle. For the price, I would prefer to have at least a 30-day supply.2. It does curb the appetite somewhat, but not enough to consistently have a feeling of fullness. There were a few times when I even felt strong hunger pangs after taking the supplement.3. The bottle includes a warning about not taking this supplement with other supplements containing chromium. However, it does not warn about the fact that the grapefruit extract in the supplement might interact with blood pressure medication. I think it is very important to include an additional warning on the bottle for people on high blood pressure medications.4. The strong smell from the ingredients was not my favorite.After taking this for a week, I actually gained a pound. I think this is due to several factors. First, I did not stick to the healthiest diet every day. The bottle does emphasize the need for diet and exercise, so please know that this is important to do. Second, I took the bottle with me on a trip, packed in my luggage in the trunk of a car. The luggage got hot in the trunk, along with the bottle. I think that might have decreased its effectiveness slightly. The bottle says to store it in a cool, dry place. Be sure to follow that direction, also.Even with my results, this is a supplement I would like to keep in my line-up of supplements. I had more energy and felt better overall, even while not on my BP medication. I wish more capsules came in the bottle for the cost, but I would recommend this to others.

If you’re dealing with sluggish digestion or water retention, this definitely gets things moving. It helps reduce bloating and keeps me regular without causing unbearable stomach cramps or sudden emergencies, though it definitely has a noticeable cleansing effect. The capsules are easy to swallow with no weird aftertaste. Just make sure to stay well-hydrated throughout the day when taking it. Overall, a great detox and metabolism booster if you want to feel lighter.
