I have been taking these as directed, two capsules a day. They are size 0, unflavored, and easy to swallow. The bottle is 60 count, so that is a month at that dose.The formula stacks liposomal glutathione with NAD+, resveratrol, vitamin C, and a few other antioxidant extras instead of glutathione alone. That is convenient if you wanted those together. I have not noticed a big change in how I feel, which is pretty normal for this kind of supplement in a short window.The capsules themselves are fine. The results, for me, are just okay. Decent if you specifically want this blend in one bottle. Not something I would rush to restock.

This product is not independently USP or CL lab tested. I’m saying that first so people know the seal on the packaging doesn’t confirm what’s in it or its structure . Second when I bought it – I had no clue it would affect my skin color . I like being tan . I live in Florida and I’m outside a lot . I should’ve known that reduction in oxidative stress could affect that . It also makes it harder to tan and I’ve been taking daily . My natural glow has turned sallow . Multiple people have told me I look sick . I’ve only been taking daily for 2 weeks and already see a big difference in that – though I notice no benefit in the way I feel. If anything the few dark spots I have are more noticeable with my overall base being lighter . I wish that had been listed at purchase time bc I wouldn’t have ordered or been taking .The supplement arrives in a nice small , short bottle and includes easy to swallow capsules . I haven’t noticed any improvement in how I feel or any metabolism support . It’s only been two weeks . I have noticed significant skin lightening, even though I’m still outside a lot ..if skin lightening is what you want – it definitely works . But as far as spot reduction- no . At least not for me . I do think the formulation is improper bc even with good hydration my urine is bright yellow as if I’m taking high doses of B vitamins . I do have kidney issues so I tested and the days I don’t take this – it doesn’t happen .Since the lab seal isn’t verified-there’s no way to know what’s actually in these pills . Just bc the packaging is nice doesn’t make them healthy for you . I encourage anyone curious to test them on their own . I discourage anyone with kidney disease like me from taking bc I cannot confirm it’s not nephrotoxic . I wanted to love these and feel better with antioxidants. Instead , I think I’ll eat blueberries.I’m sure for the right person these could be beneficial- but the nurse in me can’t encourage just anyone to try them bc there’s no way to confirm what’s in them or the levels are correct since an independent lab didn’t test. The seal definitely duped me . I’m also not crazy about my skin lightening and looking sallow after only 2 weeks., It’s either skin lightening period or a combination of the skin lightening and affects on my already strained kidneys. It’s a visible change for me – and not good .If you are interested in trying anyway – please contact the manufacturer for the lab results to see for yourself and talk to your healthcare provider about if this is right for you . Not all supplements ( even when they are independently lab tested and pure ) are for everyone. I think it’s easy to fall for nice packaging ( which this is ) . There’s just absolutely no guarantee that what’s listed on the packaging is the exact formula since it’s not independently verified. For the 30$ price tag- I’d expect that . Please consider my caution before purchasing. The nice packaging and easy to swallow capsules don’t make up for the lack of official USP or CL testing . The little logo that denotes 3rd party testing on this bottle doesn’t mean it was actually tested and held to a specific standard. It’s a marketing tactic you need to watch out for .

I am so pleasantly surprised by how my energy levels increased after taking these the first day! This could be a result of the Glutathione, the NAD+, or maybe what they call their “Radiance Antioxidant Blend.” I did not experience any stomach cramps or discomfort after taking them either. The pills are on the smaller side, so they were very easy for me to swallow.While I appreciate the ingredients in these pills and the positive experience I have had, I am confused about why they advertise the supplements as 3rd party tested without sharing the results. What is the point? We all deserve to know what we are taking. This is part of the reason I removed one star. The other reason I removed one star is because of the price. A one-month supply for ~$30 is a bit steep compared to similar products.I still recommend these if you can swing the price because of the benefits. In addition to energy levels, Glutathione has been shown to strengthen our immune systems.

I have given this a real chance and taken them as directed for about a week or so and I didn’t see any sort of improvement that was listed in the description (which I had to read multiple times because it was confusing what these were even supposed to do), but the capsules are unpleasant to take. I take quite a few pills which is saying something because I don’t like the taste of these and they also feel uncomfortable when being swallowed which is odd since I have other capsule medication that doesn’t do that so it must be the taste affecting everything. I’m pretty disappointed seeing that with how much effort I put in to understand what these do before taking a chance on them only to find out they don’t personally work for me. I may have conditions affecting the way they’re able to work though so it’s up to individual discretion if you still want to try it but they didn’t meet my expectations unfortunately.
