   I was trying to buy gummy D3 and made the mistake to not read the detailed description instead going by the picture. Anyway, these are chewable but they are nastily sweat and contain things you don’t need in your diet among them aspartame.

   As a perimenopausal woman, I purchased this supplement to improve my calcium absorption. It tastes great, isn’t chalky, and seems gentle on the stomach. I’m pleased with the results thus far, granted I’ve only been taking it a few weeks. The dosage is one chewable tablet per day and the bottle should last 4 months. I think a 4-month supply at this price is a great value and I do intent to purchase this again in the future.

   My doctor says I need more Vitamin D. This is a good, high dose (5000IU) that can be can be taken for a short period of time to help increase Vitamin D in my bloodstream. I read that anything over around 4000 IU, taken daily, over a long period, could possibly lead to toxicity, causing a calcium buildup in the body. So, I don’t plan to take this dose long-term, and will probably continue later by taking it 3 to 4 times a week, rather than daily. Research shows that the good thing about having it paired with the Vitamin K2 is that it helps the calcium to go into your bones and teeth rather than accumulating in your arteries. So, this product is a great mix of vitamins if you need to take more D3. I suggest that you be guided by your Doctor about taking this supplement.I found the chewable tablets have a slight sweet, berry flavor to them that is pleasant. They seem to be a good quality tablet. The tablet is small enough, and somewhat coated, that it should also be easily swallowed by most people. It does have artificial sweeteners in it, if that is a concern to you. These ingredients are included as sucralose and aspartame.The bottle was sealed properly. The tablets seems fresh. It’s bottled in the USA. Supposedly lab tested for quality ingredients. The expiration date is just under 2 years out from the time I received them, wish is plenty of time to use them. And there is an ample supply of 120 tablets.Overall, this is a good mix Vitamins D3 and K2 for improving your Vitamin d deficiency and yet protecting your arteries from extra calcium deposits from the D3. It seems perfect for what I need. I feel that getting 120 tablets of this supplement at only $9.82, at the time of this review, is a great deal.
