I love the idea of these salt tablets. One bottle will last you a year if you only use one/day, which is recommended.Remember, this type of salt does not contain iodine, so you will need to get that from food and/or a supplement, or a sea salt.My concerns are twofold:1. Plastics- I’ve been hearing that pink salt could be contaminated with plastic pieces. Usually, I buy it in rock form and grind it myself, but that doesn’t apply to these tablets.2. Heavy metals – I’ve also been hearing that pink salt could be contaminated by heavy metals during processing.I would love it if the manufacturer would update the description to address these concerns, so we could have peace of mind as consumers.

Works great to bring up sodium levels
Take these every day twice a day as my nephrologist (kidney doc) recommended as my sodium and potassium were low. Now they are just about normal. Great product and healthier than plain old salt/sodium tablets.

I actually like the fact that these are non-coated tablets…. faster absorption in the mornings when I take electrolytes with my water. The sodium dose is a bit high, but it’s the same as many other salt products on here… so sometimes I simply split the tabs with a pill splitter. These are great, and you can’t beat the price.

Quality sodium support for those with POTS
These are great to manage POTS/Dysautonomia symptoms. We were using a different brand, but these contain much more sodium and seem to work better/faster.

I will absolutely order these pink Himalayan salt tablets again! They are effective and pink salt is better for you! I included a photo of a soda with the product, so that you can see .. it’s a generous bottle. You can also see how big the tablet is. Highly recommend!
