I had a reaction to these
I ordered these because an intuitive person suggested I take CoQ10, and I tried a different supplement for a while after I received the information. I actually had friends suggest this as well throughout the years, so I could tell I needed it. I decided to switch over to this form to see if it would be even better for my body. Well, I didn’t realize until about a week or a week and a half into it that I was having a major reaction to it. Once I backtracked with the timeline I realized it all started when I started taking these. I had major skin itching from head to toe so much that I made my skin bleed from scratching. I felt like my skin was burning at times, and I had major acne. I was wondering why my skin was getting so bad, and my pores looked huge. My skin also became extremely oily which I’m assuming is what caused the acne. Sadly, I did feel my skin looked more dewy and even younger, but it ended up being too much moisture or oil that clogged up my pores. I read up online and it looks like this can happen. I really can’t blast a supplement for a reaction, since I am extremely sensitive to anything I drink or eat. It’s a lot of trial and error with my body, and every human has different requirements or things that don’t agree with them. By looking at them and how they went down when I took them they seemed like good supplements. I just am one of the few people that seems to have a reaction to this. I’m going to now focus on eating foods that naturally have CoQ10 in it since I know my body needs it which will be a more subtle way and something my body will probably be able to handle. I don’t necessarily think a product is bad if I have a reaction. I don’t think that is fair to make a judgment like that when our bodies have particular needs so I’m just going to remove one star.

Great Addition to my Supplements
I’ve actually been using this product for 3 years now and it’s made a difference along with a healthy diet and consistent exercise. I’ve been plant based for over 10 years now and finding not only safe supplements but also quality supplements is a challenge. The soft gels are small and easy to swallow and combined with my healthier lifestyle have helped with better energy and carbohydrate utilization for better workouts. I know it’s more expensive than most but it’s definitely worth it as I can feel the difference.

Wow, it’s not easy to find vegan coq10, especially in this form. They say it’s much more absorbable. I wish it came in smaller supply. But I’m grateful that it’s available. So far, it seems to be good quality. Just be willing to buy in bulk.

If you buy ubiquinol, buy this one. It’s the right format for best absorption. Excellent product.Works well. Helps the heart. Helps with energy. I take one a day, so they last longer. Highly recommended.

Simple, natural ingredients; no stomach upset with this supplement
We like this vegan ubiquinol. This is recommended over the CoQ10 by our doctors. The ingredients are very simple and natural and there is no stomach upset after taking these with food. These are made in the U.S.A. and are 3rd party tested. My only complaint is the that there is a very oily residue noticed on the outside of the soft gel. I have learned that this is typical with ubiquinol in soft gel form. Other than this, we are happy with Healthy Origins Ubiquinol and will continue to buy it.

Great product but came damaged. Be careful to inspect before swallowing. Should have a dry not oily feel to the tablets. Amazon did a replacement by phone (or chat) only as this is a non-returnable product.7/20/22 Update: product arrived and AGAIN damaged unfortunately. Not ordering again until Amazon investigates. 🙁
