In order for me to trust a supplement it must be made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and be third-party lab tested. This Healths Harmony Black Seed + Green Tea supplement meets my requirements. The black seed oil is cold-pressed nigella sativa that has been filled in the presence of pure nitrogen to keep oxygen out, which prevents spoilage and preserves purity. In addition, 400 mgs of green tea extract is included. The green tea extract is standardized to 98% polyphenols and 45% EGCG. I appreciate the addition of green tea extract since I am trying to lose weight. This supplement is Vegan and free of GMOs. Common allergens are not mentioned in the listing though they do warn that black seed oil can be an allergen for some people. Very Good Supplement
I’m really impressed on the high quality of this black seed/green tea supplement. It is made with cold pressed oil and are liquid capsules, making it more easily absorbable. The green tea extract is 98% polyphenols and has 45% EGCG. No bad fillers or any other additives except for the vegetable capsule. It is a great supplement for supporting overall benefits of green tea and black cumin seed oil, both known for many health benefits and support. I feel that it also supports my energy levels as well as focus and clarity. The capsules are an average size and easy to swallow if you don’t have a hard time with swallowing pills. Also great is that it is non-GMO, vegan, and made in the USA. I’m very happy with this supplement and I definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to support their overall health.

Not magic, likely beneficial, but probably not worth the price
I know that black seed oil has many wonderful properties. I think the combo with green tea makes these give me a bit more pep in the later part of the day. It isn’t obvious enough to make me confident it’s not the placebo effect, though. I’d probably look for a more affordable version of black seed oil, because cheaper alternatives definitely exist.

Time saving high quality supplement, in a space saving bottle
I like that this bottle doesn’t take up a ton of space but still holds a good supply of capsules.They taste like Black Cumin, but I personally don’t mind that because I like Black Cumin and use it in cooking sometimes. I wanted to take it regularly in pill form though because I don’t always remember to put it in my food. I like that this combines Black Seed with Green Tea because I also try to drink green tea everyday and I don’t always have time or remember to.These seem potent and high quality, and I’ve seen good results taking them. These are a good deal, especially because they combine two effective ingredients. Very worth it I’d say!

Great quality black seed oil capsules!
I’m really pleased with these black seed oil and green tea capsules. When I first opened the bottle I was especially happy to get that black seed oil smell, other products in the past I’ve tried lacked that smell and it made me just end up not taking them. Nigella Sativa has a strong and distinct scent that is hard to cover, so it should be there. The capsules themselves do not smell or taste of the oil, which is great. I’ve been taking the stuff on and off for years by just drinking the oil, so I’m pretty used to the flavor, but my significant other can’t stand it and has no issue taking these at all. These seem to be good quality capsules, they have a nice high dose of thymoquinone. I feel like I am more able to get things done when I take these on a fairly regular basis, I’m more focused and am less likely to procrastinate. I also feel like it helps with reducing pain and any inflammation. I also tend to feel less groggy into he morning when I get up, which is nice since I have never been a morning person.I’m super happy that I picked these up, I would absolutely recommend them and will likely order again in the future.

I wish they would be more transparent about this. They try to make all kinds of claims that make it appear to be a USA product, when it’s really being sourced from China. This is extremely common in the supplement industry.These come from a small company in Florida. After checking them out, they seem to be okay; but it’s really hard to know based on the information that’s available. My best guess is that they are reasonably trustworthy, but you never really know the extent to which they know what they’re doing. At least without additional information, you don’t really know. That’s why I usually like to go with well-established, proven, highly reputable companies with a long track record of reliability and quality. I took a chance on these, and they seem to be all right. But I don’t know for sure. Frankly, I’m more comfortable with companies that have a clear track record of high quality and reliability.I do wish they would give you some idea of how much caffeine is in these capsules. Nowhere on the product itself is there any indication of the caffeine content. I think this is a reasonably serious omission. Some people are very sensitive to caffeine, and other people like to avoid it. Still others want a strong dose of caffeine.They do say in the product description on Amazon that there is “minimal caffeine,” but that is pretty vague. It could mean that there is only 1% of what you get in a typical cup of coffee, for example. Or it could be 10%. Or 20%. Or more. It’s very vague. They should give you a better idea.In my experience with these, they aren’t very strong. But my caffeine tolerance is high. Someone else might (and probably would) react differently. So my suggestion would be to start with a single capsule and see how it goes. Then up the dosage to the standard recommended two capsules after making sure that one capsule isn’t too much for you. Some people are very sensitive to caffeine, and feel it a lot more than other people.Black seed oil and polyphenols both have health benefits, at least according to some people. If you’re getting the benefits of both black seed oil and green tea, that’s great. This seems like a good combination.I also like the fact that the capsules are not made of gelatin.
