At four gummies per adult dose, the bottle contains fifteen doses, at over $1 per dose.The active ingredient here is Senna (which the product description states up-front), which can be obtained in generic pill form at a much lower cost. Call it a colon cleanse for marketing purposes if you will, but this is a generic over-the-counter laxative. Unless chewability is important to you, you’re not getting any extra value for your money. Just go to the Big Box and buy the store brand.Having said that, as laxatives go, Senna is considered milder than some of the more harsh laxatives, which may or may not be a good thing depending on your circumstances. The taste is fruity and pleasant enough, although they are not strongly flavored.

I must admit I was a little nervous to try these gummy laxatives because they’re labeled as a “super colon cleanser” and “internal detox”, which sounded like they might be too strong or harsh on my system. Because of that, I only use a partial dosage, and they are quite gentle on my system – much gentler than I expected.The gummies are soft, easy to chew, and the berry flavor actually tastes really good. Most importantly, they were effective and did not upset or irritate my stomach at all. Even taking only a partial dose, they helped relieve constipation without causing urgency. They work gently and effectively without making me feel miserable afterward. I think they are priced fairly for their effectiveness, and I do recommend them for relief of occasional constipation.

They do exactly what they are suppose to do. Ordered to do a colon cleanse. Take the recommended dose to yield positive results. More of a softening effect than fluid. After a couple days, effects were noticeable and I felt the cleanse was complete. There were enough remaining to do this once or twice again in the future. Be advised, while they do taste pretty good, smell is not off putting and were easy to use, there are a significant amount of sugars in the ingredients. Taken occasionally and in moderation will be fine.

Updating my review to five stars because I initially thought this was not as effective as the pill version but it’s a slower build and I do think it’s about as effective!Ive used the pill version of this product from the same brand in addition to a variety of others. I might consider switching to this because the pills are kind of large and sometimes have a strange aftertaste.-Flavor: These are actually pretty tasty and remind me of the gummies with waxy texture of my youth!-Size: manageable size but need to eat about four, twice a day, which means you’re (literally) eating through the product quick-Effectiveness: not as quick as the pills. The pills are more immediate like within an hour or two in my experience. I took this at 2pm and didn’t feel any effect until about 8am the next day.-Value: not as good of value as the pills. If you do take 8 gummies a day, you’ll have less than a 10 day cleanse since there’s 60 per bottleSimilar to the brand’s pill version, they don’t cause me to have cramps or feel like I need to be next to a bathroom all day so I would recommend this brand in general! While I don’t think these are as quick as pill forms, I will say though if you’re looking for a gentler cleanse this might be it and it is a slower build so be ready for it to kick in later

These are great tasting gummies, a quality berry taste. I only need half adult dosage for this to work on me. Super easy to use, just pop correct dosage and chew like a gummy. It’s a little on the soft side and so far, after over half the bottle, no side affects. Ingredients seem to be safe because I don’t get any allergic reactions, my skin does not break out in rashes and I don’t get an upset stomach. The only thing is that I feel this is a bit on the expensive side. But at half the dosage for an adult and taken about 2 or 3 times a month the bottle should last a few months.
