Works GREAT! But be wary
Works GREAT! But be wary, the full dose is usually too strong for people the first few times. It can cause intense cramping and God help you if you’re out and about when it hits! I use smaller doses, which works great when I have my constipation issues. But avoid using this daily as your body will adjust to it and it will start being less effective. It’s great for occasional use but daily I think would be way to harsh on your body.

Very good at what it does!
I’ve been a big fan of this product for 4+ years now! It gets the job done (aka cleans you out) but not in a harsh way laxatives would, but in a rather smooth manner. For me, it kicks in about 12-14 hours after I take it and I can tell when it’s about time to go to use the restroom, but in a way such that I don’t need to rush. I find that you also need to use the restroom a few more times than normal, but I think that is to be expected.Only complaint for others would be taste. If you can stomach it, I’d highly suggest the pills, otherwise taking the powder with something sweet and/or carbonated makes it much easier to take in my opinion.

At first the taste is kind of scary but, once you let it set it’s not bad at all. I literally have done it one day haha but so far its good ! I’m a really constipated person tmiii but I tend to sit on the toilet for hourssssss knowing something is in there and I’ll push until it’s out. But with this right away when I drank it I pooped in 20 min and 3x after super smoothly. It does hit you out of no where like oh sh*** I need to sh**** but if you have a bathroom near you I totally recommend ! So if you have a very sh**** tummy then go and ruuuun for this product you deserve a clean body and easy stool. Amen

Excellent cleanser
This powder works better than the pills. I got some cramps with the pills but not with this powder. The only bad part is mixing it. It clumps up so you have to mix it well for about a minute and drink it immediately. Recommended you mix it in soda or juice and drink lots if water during the day. Also drink it at night before bed and it will start working around morning. This helped me with my bloating so I losed a few pounds. I used it for the whole 10 days and feel much better. Note you will need to use the bathroom several times during the day and more often if you use it for the whole 10 days. Highly recommended.I will use again.

This will move you! Take with caution. I’ve been taking for 5+ years and it works consistently every time. For first time use, test it on a day where you’re staying home. Start with half a scoop…maybe less. Your stomach may feel sensitive. Don’t trust your farts…lol. Once you find the right dosage and stick with it daily, you’ll never want to waste your money on anything else! Don’t be fooled by these fad / viral “colon broom” or “poop shakes.” They’re loaded with a bunch of stuff that doesn’t do anything. There is one small ingredient in them called senna. You will get that ingredient in THIS product in its purest form. It may not be pleasant to drink but it’s so worth it. I put mine in a protein shaker along with something sweet like BCAA powder. Throw it down the hatch and go on with a smooth movin day 🙂
