Saw these pills on a Commercial while watching an Oprah and Haley Berry special about Perimenapause! This is my 3rd bottle, but let me tell you. I stopped for a full month to convince myself.That I was feeling better all on my own and that I didn’t need this product and boy did I regret it. About to order second bottle! Great for body and mind
I love these vitamins and am about to order my 2nd bottle. I just turned 42 and had started noticing hot flashes big time in the morning. After 2 weeks in they are gone. I also started exercising regularly and have felt much more energized and happy. My mood has been stable and positive compared to before when I think I was vitamin deficient. I pair this with D3 and Omegas. I also started a women’s multi as well. I love feeling healthy and like I’m doing something good for my body and mind each day.

Yes, I do recommend.. with caution.
I took this a couple of days last week, then forgot for a couple of days. Back on now for 2 days.. I notice my hot flashes have really reduced.. no night sweats … my appetite has decreased. I’m more functional as I was really struggling to do anything above going to work .Update: I’ve been taking product on and off for a couple of weeks now. I do notice that I’m getting headaches usually by the 2nd day of taking it as recommended. So that’s a bummer. But I am prone to headaches in my past… it’s just that the last year, they have SIGNIFICANTLY reduced… I think that’s why I am really noticing them with this product.

It works for me!
I have been taking this noe for about 3 months, I dont get nauseous from these as I did with other supplements. My hot flashes are gone and im able to better regulate my body temperature. I sleep more sound at night. I also have experienced more routine bowel movements. I have more energy during the day im only needing 1 cup of coffee a day now! I seem to have more clarity and focus as well. Seems to be working for me!

Did nothing for Me
Im on this product for 30 days today it did nothing for me I had high hopes however I’ve had little to no relief after 4 weeks I took THC/CBD gummy yesterday slept like a baby no night sweats instant relief. I cant take this another 60 days its to much and to long to wait for relief.

Great Product for Mood Stability
I started experiencing intense mood swings in February 2025 and started looking for supplements while waiting for a doctor’s appointment. After 2 months, I noticed a significant improvement with my mood. I’ve been taking them since then with no issues regarding digestibility or taste.

Great product
Better than HRT! I was on HRT and was getting zero relief. The brain fog, the random got flashes, and the complete loss of libido. With every adjustment I felt worse. So went off and started looking for something natural. Been on 7 days today. Hot flashes are far less, the brain fog is lifting to where I can finally concentrate and the libido is actually coming back. I also take a couple other supplements, but this is def a game changer and adding to those supplements has made me feel more normal. Plus it cost way less, I was paying around 200 a month for pharmaceutical HRT..this will be a subscription item as it does work

For perimenopause – works for me
I’m 41yo. This really helped with the perimenopause symptoms I was experiencing (night sweats, moodiness, weight gain, dry eyes, etc.). The only thing I don’t like is having to take two capsules a day.
