I bought this thinking I wouldn’t mind the fishy taste, but not the case. I tried to eat with food to mask the taste and did not help. It has a fishy/swamp water taste that you can’t ignore. I couldn’t even take enough to notice the benefits.

Taste vs health benefits
The taste isn’t the most craved it’s like a banana ,citrusy,flaxseed,cod oil flavor! But it’s a taste you can digest for the health benefits that you’re retaining for yourself and baby 5/5 from me as a woman who couldn’t stomach a lot during my pregnancy and postnatal.

Smells and tastes like Fish Oil
Smells like fish oil. Safety seal was broken. Against my better judgment, it tasted like fish oil as well. It was disgusting. I’m sure it has fish oil and is not vegan.

These gummies have a very natural scent and flavor undertone that is earthy to me, it’s subtle but a lot like I imagine vitamins and minerals would taste or smell. The flavor choice is a somewhat different mix of both banana and orange flavors. I would rarely have thought to mix banana and orange unless they’re in a mixed bowl with a variety of other different fruits.It’s somewhat odd but it works in a bland kind of way and it’s okay because it confirms the low sugar and calories content of these gummies. Usually three gummies would be upwards of 30 calories from my experience but these are only 15 calories for three so that’s a big benefit to me.At first I didn’t like the recommended three gummies serving size listed on the label. After analyzing the potency of the ingredients that I desire most like Folic Acid I realized I can use a one or two gummies serving size and I’ll still benefit.The texture is smushy like real bananas smashing and falling apart in my mouth. They’re not sticky to touch and they don’t stick in my teeth but they do stick to one another on occasion which I thought is no big deal.Overall, I like the earthy, natural texture, scent, bland and oddly interesting banana-citrus flavor of these enough for a better than most, 4 stars.
