Unfortunately, I can’t speak to the efficacy of this because it turns out this bottle only comes with 10 days’ worth of the supplement, which is not enough time to evaluate efficacy or any ongoing side effects. The current listing is misleading in implying that the bottle has 30 days’ worth, stating that the product ‘contains 90 vegetable capsules per bottle with 30 servings total; each daily dose is 3 capsules of clean, plant-based ingredients with no artificial additives’. Yet, the suggested use on the bottle itself says ‘three capsules, 3 times per day’ which means the bottle will only last 10 days of daily use; the listing photos show most views of the bottle, including the serving size of 3 capsules and the servings per container of 30, but conveniently (hopefully not intentionally) omits the one part of the bottle that advises you to take this 3x a day, 3 capsules each time. It’s possible the directions on the bottle are poorly worded and they meant that you’re supposed to take 3 capsules a day, spread out over 3 different times (so 1 capsule each time), but if so, they really should clear it up because there is a big difference between 3 vs 9 capsules.The bottle itself came well sealed and shows an expiration date of 2027 (I couldn’t read the rest of the date). I like the mix of traditional Chinese herbs, calcium, and magnesium, but wish the company had been more transparent (or consistent and clear, if the bottle instructions are wrong) about recommended dosage and what you’re getting for the money.Because I can’t evaluate this on its main purpose, I’m giving it a neutral three stars.
