Feels effective and has helped out with some of my stomach concerns
I’m consistently suffering from stomach pains from one thing or another whether it’s gas or just something that I ate irritable bowel syndrome or anything along those lines I’m always looking for solutions that help to improve it I’ve noticed that taking this has made a difference it seems to be effective and a lot of the ingredients really make sense I haven’t suffered any side effects from using it and I overall feel as though I have a little bit more energy and I’m in a better mood throughout the day I’ve noticed my stomach is more comfortable and certain meals don’t bother me nearly as much I found the pills themselves to be very easy to consume they don’t cause me acid reflux which I sometimes get from gelatin overall I think these are an exceptional value as they provided me much needed relief and have been consistent and providing that relief.

Just received these in the mail today, so I’ll share my initial impressions, but obviously I can’t yet comment on how effective these are.First off, the product is professionally packaged, as you can see in my photos. It has a seal around the cap, and once that’s removed and the cap is unscrewed, there’s an inner seal on the top of the bottle. All of this is an absolute requirement as far as I’m concerned for any supplement you’re going to put into your body, but this product checks all my boxes so far.Next, I appreciate the following information on the label: Company Name and city, state, zip code, and country (but no street address). They give you an 800 number to call and a website address. So other than the missing street address, all the information you need to contact them with questions or concerns is clearly on the label, as is the fact that it’s made in the USA. I have a strong aversion to consuming any product that isn’t very transparent about this information, but again, all my boxes are checked here. So far so good!Opening the bottle reveals 90 large capsules filled with all the ingredients listed on the label. The first thing you’ll notice when you remove the lid is the smell/aroma. It’s potent! Not pleasant; not unpleasant. Just strong! I take that as a good thing, as it suggests that these capsules are stuffed full of very fresh, potent ingredients. So I think that’s a plus.That’s it for my pluses. I have no minuses! I confess I’m a nuts-and-bolts, left brain, engineering/science kind of guy. Stuff like “Qi” (“chee”) makes me furrow my brow and look skeptical. I’m open to it, just far from convinced. At this point, I’ll have to defer to you, the reader of this review. If you weren’t interested in traditional Chinese herbs, you probably wouldn’t even be here considering this product!One additional note: this bottle contains 90 capsules, which is only a 15-day supply, according to the label. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules taken 3 times/day between meals, so 6 capsules total per day. Just be aware of that if you’re considering taking it. As of the time I’m writing this, a bottle costs $25.11, so you’re looking at around $50/month to take the recommended dosage. I’m not listing that as a pro or con, just an “is.”So, I’m rating this 5 stars because I have nothing negative to say about it. Powerful time-tested formula! But only 15 days of servings, not 45
This particular blend of herbs (or very similar formulations) has been used for a very long time by Chinese practitioners and as I have appreciated the products from this company previously, I figured I would give it a try for digestion issues. I have definitely felt like my digestion has been better and I have had much less bloating since starting this formula.The capsules are easy to take and are a natural and vegan formula, which is important to me. They do have a strong scent to them, but somewhat pleasant in an herbal way and they do not leave any aftertaste that I have experienced.My one gripe is that the recommended serving size is two capsules, three times a day (six a day total). In a 90-capsule bottle, this gives you 15 days of dosage, not the 45 servings that it specifically claims in the listing. I have noted this to be an issue with this particular company. They do not make it clear upfront that their quoted serving size is in regard to one single dose a day, not the three times a day dose that seems to be recommended on the actual bottle for most of their products. I did dock a star for this, as I feel transparency is important and this makes the value of the supplement much less when you are getting only 1/3 of the number of days out of it that you anticipate for the price when purchasing.Overall, I do really appreciate the formulations that I have tried from this company, and I do hope that they become a bit more upfront in their listings as to how many *actual* daily servings that you can actually expect from a bottle.
