Most of the time I’m skeptical about supplements, but a cardiologist friend of mine told me that beets actually may have some actual impact on blood pressure (but only when combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle), and that turmeric actually had real anti-inflammatory effects. Likewise, hawthorn, which makes up the majority of this supplement, does indeed have some data to suggest that it might support cardiac health… but there have been no rigorous studies wrt its effect on blood pressure. Basically, his take was that it didn’t seem to have anything bad in it, and some of the stuff might actually be beneficial, so it likely couldn’t hurt to try it.I can’t comment on the quality of the ingredients, since I’m not a lab, so I’ll just have to take it on faith that what they claim is there is actually there, and they don’t have any notable omissions in the ingredients list.As to the pill, I like the fact that these are veggie capsules, and they’re of a good size and coating that makes them easy to swallow.But let’s also be clear: there is no reason to believe that this can take the place of actual medication, nor will it compensate for a poor diet or unhealthy lifestyle. At best, this can help augment all those other things. If you actually have been diagnosed with hypertension, especially if you’re on medication, be sure to review with your doctor before you start taking it.

Accurately Reviewing Most Vitamin Products Is A Most Challenging Initiative To Perform!

If this product turns out to be as good as the preliminary/provisional 5 stars rating I’ve given it, then the current price-point (less the discount coupon to boot) make it a potentially excellent offer.
