    Highly recommend!

    I have non-insulin resistant PCOS (Vitex might not work for those who have insulin resistant PCOS) and took this as instructed on the bottle (3 full droppers/day for 12 weeks and then down to 1 dropper/day). After three frustrating months of no period at all, I finally got one. I still have to see if this product will regulate my cycle yet, but so far I’m hopeful – my acne-prone skin definitely got better (but no magical change as some people say). Some of you may see its effect right away – in a couple of weeks/months but it took nearly 14 weeks for me. After all, they say that best results are obtained with continuous, long-term use, but waiting can be hard. Just be patient and let Vitex sort you out – it truly works! My periods are regulated from +90 days to 31-32 days. I am extremely grateful to Hawaiipharm for this product. This does wonders.

    Update: Having been taking Hawaii Pharm No Alcohol Vitex Angus Cactus drops since October 2024. My hormones are more balanced and I do stop taking it while menstruating. I take about 6 drops per day. I just bought a new bottle and unsure about the ingredients being labeled differently. I hope that the Vegetable Palm Glycerin doesn’t mess with me because the two bottles that I purchased previously list the ingredients as Vegetable USP Grade Glycerin.It has been a trial and error since purchasing but for the most part Vitex Angus Cactus has improved my hormones and my monthly cycles. I am only on my second month. I find that taking 4-9 drops per day works best for me. I just bought my second bottle. Both bottles should last me for the most part the next 10-15 months.
