B vitamins are hard to “overdose” on as they are water-soluble – you will tend to pee (very yellow B vitamin pee) out what the body doesn’t absorb, but this is a vey high dose supplement.Havasu responsibly includes the information that this is to be used short-term or for periodic cycling.In my unprofessional but well-researched opinion, almost every supplements that people take should be cycled.New supplement companies pop up every day – they are a dime a dozen, and it is often hard to gauge whether or not a company is reputable. Havasu Nutrition provides the classic array of health supplements, and has a decent website – though it is not as informative as more established supplement/health companies.The price is decent for the high dose provided and for being methylated.Again, assuming product quality among supplement companies, price to product dose ratio is the main factor.

I bought this supplement because it uses the active, methylated forms of B12 and folate, which are supposed to be much easier for the body to absorb. The capsules themselves don’t have any weird aftertaste and are easy to swallow. It does exactly what it says on the bottle and delivers a really high dose.As far as how it actually makes you feel, it seems to be a mixed bag.It seems like a quality product with good ingredients, but the high strength means it might not suit everyone. I like that this L-methylFolate supplement from Havasu Nutrition combines two types of B vitamins that are necessary for overall wellness. As a vegetarian, a daily B vitamin complex is important to fill in any nutritional gaps. I appreciate that this is vegan, gluten free, and made in the USA. The daily serving is one capsule, which I found easy to swallow with a glass of water. I can be sensitive to certain things, however I didn’t experience any stomach upset or reactions to taking this supplement. I’ve been taking this for about a month now and feel it has helped with energy and alertness. The price is very good considering the bottle lasts 60 days. I would consider reordering, although it does caution that it is only for short term use.

In my opinion, this is an important supplement because it combines high strength L – methylfolate with methyl B12, nutrients involved in normal nerve, blood, and cellular function. As I get older, this definitely is something I think can help me on a daily basis.I like that It’s supposed to support energy, mental clarity, mood, brain function, and healthy methylation. The supplement arrived with properly sealed packaging, the dosage is typical with not too large sized capsules. The capsules don’t have any weird or burnt gelatin tastes. The supplement is as advirtised with its listed nutrition facts and ingredient blend. I dont notice any sort of side effects personally, but its an easy way to supplement folate / b12 if you require it with an effective 2 capsules a day. I have not lab confirmed ingredients makeup.
