To be honest, I love the fact that these biotin supplements are in gummy form. I don’t know why but whenever my supplements are in gummy form I for some reason remember to always take them faithfully. They work but then came the cystic acne….
This is an UPDATE: So everything was goof until I got towards the end of the bottle and realized that I’ve been developing very painful cystic acne on my shoulders. I thought it was hormonal and after a lot of research, found out this is my issue. Sadly I’ll need to stop. It’s worth a try for people who’ve never had acne issues in the past. I think they work pretty good. I’m using many things for hair like hair growth shampoo too but I did notice the gummies working. Also I could tell my nails looked even better and stronger. I’m 35 years old… I purchased this product on a whim about a month ago after hearing my friends talk for years on “taking Biotin” for their hair. I had a paycheck to burn and thought I’d spoil myself and finally buy myself some TLC products that I’ve always wanted to try. I decided I was going to spend some money on various vitamins, hair products and biotin… however, I hate pills. I hate pills so much. So after extensive searching on Amazon, I settled on this product for the high reviews and reasonable price. If it didn’t work, at least I didn’t spend too much. I have to be honest, I was not expecting a guaranteed experience. I had little faith in gummies really being as effective as pills. But desperate to not take pills, I took the gamble.I have natural light brunette hair and it is very thin, limp, and fine. It has been this way my entire life and I always blamed genetics. To give it some body I bleach it (I damage it pretty much, for that extra volume). During this same time of splurging on self-care products I also freshly bleached my hair. (This is important, you’ll see)Two weeks into taking the gummies, I started noticing my fresh roots showing very dramatically. I didn’t attribute it to the gummies at that time though and thought my hair lady just didn’t do as good a job in bleaching as closely to my scalp as she usually does. Three weeks into taking the gummies, I started catching my reflection often in any mirror I passed wondering why my roots looked so different. They were intensely dark and contrasting near my bleached hair. Not a usual trait of my usually fine hair, my natural roots are usually much lighter and almost blend into my bleached hair. Today, week four of taking the gummies, I finally took a genuine long look at my roots and ran my fingers through them. It had only been a month since I had my hair done and it looked like it had been two or three, my roots were drastically obvious, I was almost annoyed … and then I finally realized what was happening. My hair is growing out much, much, much thicker than it ever had in my entire life! That’s why the new growth was appearing so dark. I am stunned! And excited. I have never had thick hair before. When I run my fingers through my natural new growth roots I feel body and thickness that I didn’t have before. I came straight on here to write this review. It has only been one month! And this new thicker growth is only an inch or so. I can not wait to see what a few more months will give me in hair health but it is obvious that these gummies are working. Worked great to stop the huge amount of postpartum hair loss
After my first pregnancy I had a lot of hair loss which lasted about a year, or a little more. After my second baby was born I started having hair loss (at around 1 month after baby was born) and a friend recommended this supplement to me. I started taking it and noticed the hair loss slowed significantly. Then I ran out and there was about 2 weeks where I did not take it. During that time the large amounts of hair loss came back! Then I got some more and have made sure not to run out again and the hair loss once again slowed. Now I still have some hair loss, but I feel like it’s a normal amount like before I had kids, and I can see some actual regrowth in the worst area of hair loss (my baby is 7 months old, hair growth is shown in the picture). Around 7 months after my first born my hair was still falling out, big time.I will definitely recommend this to my pregnant friends for postpartum in hair loss. I only wish I’d started taking it immediately after my baby was born.Flavor is sweet, like a chewy candy. I’ve been taking it for 6 months twice a day and still not tired of the flavor.

I waited to finish the entire bottle before providing a review so here it goes… I love these Biotin Gummies! They taste like fruit snacks so I enjoy having the recommended (2) a day. It’s much easier to remember to take these being that they taste good and are gummies instead of pills.I’ve seen the most improvement in my nails. Before taking these, my nails were flimsy and bent easily. Now, my nails are ridiculously strong feeling as if I’m wearing the dip/gel coating. They are healthy and growing a lot so I consistently file and cut so they don’t break off; no complaints here! I can’t say that I’ve seen the same progress with my hair but that may be because of the pandemic and not having to actually style/straighten my hair in a couple of months.
