    I took this whole body as part of my daily supplement stack and found it to have very positive results. This added to my routine of several other supplements has lead to an increase in energy, better overall mood, and better sleep. It seems to have good quality ingredients and there are no negative side effects to speak of. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad aftertaste and are not overly sized.
