Not super big, which is good since the big ones can be hard for me to swallow.I do try to remember to take it 20-30 minutes before a meal as recommended, but that doesn’t always happen. I also take them with a big glass of water, also recommended, because who doesn’t need more water in their diet.The bottle shows the percentage of the Cordyceps, Reishi, Shitake, and Lion’s Mane mushrooms, but the rest are not shown since they are part of a proprietary blend.For me this works fine, but for those who are looking to get a daily amount of a certain mushroom this may not be the best.The product label says it’s free of preservatives, artificial colors and flavors, sweeteners, caffeine, eggs, shellfish, gluten, lactose, milk, peanuts/tree nuts, soy, starch, and yeast. This is good for anyone who has allergies or wants a product that doesn’t have fillers.This bottle has a 30 day supply, and with all the great health benefits of mushrooms, I can see myself ordering more in the future.

Im not sure i felt any pain relief from these. Theyre easy to swallow and dont have a smell to them. They dont have a bad taste, either. I might have felt a bit more focused with these, as I usually do when I take Lions Mane. Not sure they’re worth it.

I take pills like these because micronutrients are super important. There is no way just eating food gives you all the nutrients you need for your body to function at optimal levels. These pills (and pills like them) are a big part of my wellness routine. They give me extra energy and a bit of mental focus, and believe me any bit of extra ability to focus is a big thing for me. I would probably get these again. They were decent and fairly easy to take. They smelled a bit musty but not too bad. I didn’t taste them because if a pill smells I take it with sweet tea (instead of plain water) so I don’t have to taste them.
