Seems a good product made in the US with beneficial vitamins
It’s always difficult to review supplements because many benefits take weeks or even months to really hit your system. However I ordered these tablets because they said they supported a healthy metabolism which I thought would help me. I didn’t know much else about the tablets so I looked up a few things and have since found they can help regulate your blood sugars a bit and help with neuropathy so I’m hoping they help me in that respect too.They are gluten free, no GMO’s made in the US. and they are a fair price since the suggested dose is 1 capsule a day and you get two bottles of 60 tablets for $17.99. They are easy to swallow usual capsule type tablet with no after taste.I have noticed that I have a bit more energy but the real test will be my next A1c test and to see how the neuropathy in my feet goes. I haven’t really taken them long enough for any effect to be noticed there yet.

This is a great mix of ingredients from a brand Made in the USA.I’ve had no adverse side effects at all and have even been able to sleep a bit better.I have nerve damage in my arms and hands which can be a beast when I’m trying to sleep. I do think this supplement has helped tame the pain that wakes me up after a few hours. I’ve changed nothing else, so this must be the culprit.My only wish is that this was R-ALA instead of just ALA. Studies show R-ALA is the best form of Lipoic acid and some people say just Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) doesn’t work at all. I feel differently about it from personal experience. I do think ALA helps, and it may be a low dose in this particular supplement, but mixed with the other ingredients it all seems to have a synergistic effect.For the price of around $17 you receive 2 bottles. I’ll definitely be back to order more when the time comes.

Berberine supplements may help regulate your blood sugar, as well as support heart health and liver functionality. Benfotiamine may help reduce nerve pain. And Alpha-Lipoic Acid may help reduce blood sugar levels. All together, these 3 ingredients make a potent health boost supplement and I am delighted to find it at such a great value! These capsules are a regular size and easy to swallow. They are odorless and tasteless. The recommended dose is 1 capsule a day. With 60 capsules inside each bottle, this is a 4-month supply and I love the value! I take 1 capsule in the evening with plenty of water and have not had any stomach issues. I have not experienced any negative side effects, but have noticed some positive ones. This appears to be a high quality supplement and I am pleased with the benefits I am experiencing so far.

Many years ago my heart rate was 31 beats per minute for 4 months after using Benfotiamine B1 my heart rate went back to normal. This brand gives you value for your money also the ingredients that help too.I’ve also noticed clarity in my thinking once I’ve used this product which is double the milligrams that I was using.It also has other great benefits that you could research.This is also the best form of B1.I do like the other ingredients added to benefit absorption etc.I will be purchasing again if the price stays the same or lower.Update forgot to mention you will receive one bottle 180 capsules 600 mg benfotamine seller should update their pictures and under style says 60 quantity 2 pack.Also you will get better absorption with liposomal that this product has.One star for seller sent message three times with no response telling them about them needing to correct their ad with milligram amount and also saying two pack which is not true. Like the Berberine and B12 with the Benfotiamine
The three ‘B’s ‘ (Berberine~B12~Benfotiamine) I am indeed all smiles about. And since my current goal this year ( carried over from last year) is improving my red blood cell health I am also happy to see the 4th ‘B’,, B-6. Benfotiamine has always been a supplement I like for the 2 birds with one stone concept it may possibly have with my personal passion of skin care and my healthy sugar metabolization goal. Sugars with some foods especially grilled and baked sometimes form harmful compounds called Advanced Glycation End Products. These are not what one would ever want (imo) for the possible harm they may do to the skin as well as inside the body too. Benfotiamine is thought to have possible inhibitory associations with the formation of AGES that may be beneficial. It is my go to for my attempt to achieve healthy skin benefitting possibly from Benfotiamine’s possible actions with AGES. It also possibly like Berberine is my attempt to achieve healthy metabolization that is possibly associated with my glucose. I have been pretty much all smiles with my numbers but I will say it’s modest in what I see and not a miracle worker. I used to take much less (300mgs) than what I take now with Benfotiamine. I try to get about 600 to 900 mgs ( of Benfotiamine) split before my meals in the day and that seems to be doing better for me. The B-12 I like for the possible energy benefits and like the B-6, it too may be beneficial with red blood cell health. The Alpha Lipoic Acid has been a fav of mine for a long time for the possible benefits it has with its possible interactions with heavy metals and toxins which are of course not at all beneficial for healthy skin. So this blend has many of my long times favorites all in one capsule. With the exception of the B-12 I personally take more than what’s offered dosage wise per cap with this but this is a nice to way to get more imo with all these ingredients. I did not see where this was third party lab tested but I do see mention this was made in the USA. I have no idea if that means it was packaged in the USA or anything beyond that but I do like knowing some part of the process was done domestically.
