I took these as directed for a while and honestly didn’t notice much of a difference. I didn’t experience any negative side effects, stomach upset, or anything like that, but I also didn’t notice any improvements either.My digestion seemed about the same whether I was taking them or not, and I remained just as regular before and during use. That doesn’t mean they won’t work for someone else, especially if they have specific digestive issues they’re trying to address, but I can’t say they made a noticeable impact for me.Based on my experience, these were neutral. The ingredients include ox bile so this is not a vegan supplement. It includes cellulase for helping digest plant matter, amylase, protease, lipase, papain, pancreas substance, betaine hydrochloride, and bromelain, for a broad spectrum of enzymatic activity that can help break down plant fiber and lipids as well as proteins. These are solid ingredients with proven efficacy so I see this as a quality product at a premium price.

No rice or corn fillers
I bought this enzyme because it had good enzymes and didn’t have other ingredients such as rice flour fillers or those derived from corn. Plus it works very well. I only take them occasionally, as needed for stomach upset. They do have an off flavor in my mouth, but that isn’t as important as the above factors.

I purchased because this was supposed to be made in the USA and NSF certified per photos, however, It is not on the label and the coating uses propylene glycol, methylcellulose among other substances. The second photo doesn’t show it you have to go through all photos to see the actual full label. Unfortunately I already opened it.From NIH: Yes, propylene glycol it is entirely safe.
