A great vitamin for promoting hair growth after surgery and improving nails as well

A few months ago I had surgery for deviated septum and the anesthesia caused my hair to start falling out over a period of about a month after the surgery. This side effect called telogen effluvium (TE) caused me to eventually lose about a third of my hair before it finally stopped. My hair is very long and has taken years to grow, so it was very devastating to see it thin out so much. I started taking this hair and nail vitamin to help promote new hair growth, and started seeing noticeable regrowth around my temples and crown within just a few weeks, so it has been very effective. Even though the new growth will take some time to get to the same length as the rest of my hair, it is already giving an overall thicker feel when I run my fingers through it. I also noticed another positive outcome with my nails. As I’ve aged, I started getting vertical lines/ridges in them and have never really addressed the issue. I’m noticing the ridges are much finer in my new nail growth, so the vitamins are helping with that as well. Something I particularly appreciate is that these vitamins are slim and easy to swallow, and don’t have unpleasant odor or taste. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and the results.

Clean, Transparent Multivitamin—Short Supply but Solid Look in Quality

This multivitamin supplement really stands out to me for its clean and conscientious formulation. It’s proudly labeled vegan, cGMP-certified, non-GMO, and assembled in the USA, which gives me confidence that the ingredients are thoughtfully sourced and manufactured with good practices. I do notice, however, that it requires three pills per day, making the bottle only a 20-day supply, which feels a bit short—something to keep in mind when planning your routine or budgeting. I also noted that there’s no mention of third-party testing, so while the cGMP certification covers manufacturing standards, there isn’t an explicit assurance of independent purity or potency verification. As a reviewer for products sold on Amazon, I don’t rate supplements on results or whether they “work,” since that depends on each individual’s unique circumstances and their ever-changing environment. I assess only quality and value, the criteria I’m allowed to judge. If you’re interested in the possible therapeutic uses of this product, please do your own research via reputable medical sources and consult your healthcare provider. Overall, this looks like a responsibly made, trust-worthy supplement—but be aware of the dosage-to-bottle-size mismatch if you’re comparing value across products.

so far its good nothing bad with it .

No complaints from my end, the vitamins are easy to swallow, they dont really taste like anything. I have been taking them a for a few weeks straight, but as of now, no major notice in my nails nor in my hair maybe in a my skin a bit but nothin some where else. I will notice in a few more weeks though but until then there is no way to tell the effectiveness.

Loaded with biotin, works for me

I’ve been taking hair, skin and nails supplements for a long time, and what impresses me about this one is the amount of biotin per serving — 10,000 mcg, which is twice as much as I used to take. I’ve been using this product for a couple of months, and I find it effective in keeping my hair loss and nail splitting to a minimum, and my face clear of pimples. That extra dose of biotin gives me confidence that I’m doing all I can for my hair, skin, and nails. Highly recommend!

Great for Hair StrengthGreat for Hair Strength

Honestly, I cannot give this product five stars bc it did not have the expected results that I had in mind when reading the description. They do contain loads of vitamins and minerals that are essential to good health but, as far as helping my nails to be stronger are concerned, it did not work.., nor did it work to help my skin. I did however see a difference in my hair and it seemed to be stronger, which is awesome and I would buy them just for that reason alone. They did not upset my stomach or give me any kind of aftertaste. They smell the same as any other vitamin on the market but it’s not a bad odor. The pills are not sticky or catch in my throat. All in all, I would buy them just for helping my hair to be stronger and more shiny.

Too much of a good thingToo much of a good thing

The NusaPure Hair, Skin & Nails supplement supplement is a classic example of “too much of a good thing”—in this case, Biotin. While most healthcare professionals recommend a daily intake between 1,000 and 5,000 micrograms (mcg), this product suggests a daily dose of three tablets, totaling a hefty 10,000 mcg. That’s nearly twice the upper end of the commonly recommended range.Apart from the high Biotin content, the rest of the vitamin and mineral profile is fairly standard and aligns with what you’d expect from similar products on the market. Personally, I’ve opted to take just two tablets per day, which provides around 6,000 mcg of Biotin—still more than average, but a more balanced choice. At this dosage, the bottle stretches to a full month’s supply, making it a cost-effective option compared to competitors.Overall, NusaPure Hair, Skin & Nails supplement offers solid value, but be mindful of the dosing—especially if you’re sensitive to high levels of Biotin or are already getting it from other sources.

Several problematic ingredients for sensitive systemsSeveral problematic ingredients for sensitive systems

This is a very comprehensive hair, skin, and nails formula, but after reviewing the ingredient list and trying it briefly, it’s not something I can continue taking. The formula combines a large number of vitamins, minerals, collagen, and additional compounds into one product. While that all-in-one approach is convenient, it also means there are several ingredients and forms here that aren’t ideal for sensitive systems, such as magnesium oxide, pharmaceutical glaze, stearic acid, high-dose vitamin B6, etc. It can also make it hard to isolate the causal element when someone has a negative response. It’s also worth noting that magnesium oxide, pharmaceutical glaze, stearic acid, and vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) are older excipients (or simply used because they are less expensive) and are not the most gentle options.Unfortunately, I can’t continue taking this due to the vitamin B6 type and levels creating a histamine-type response for me. Even at a reduced dose, this is not an option for me.I do think this product reflects a more traditional “everything in one bottle” hair, skin, and nails formula that may be desired by someone without sensitivities. The capsules are average sized, the bottle arrived well sealed, and it smells like a typical vitamin would smell.Based on my experiences with this, value considerations ($16.99 at the time of order), and how I rate, this earns:
2 Stars – Lacking in key areas. (Ie., low quality, functionality issues, design or cosmetic issues, concerning ingredients or parts, not as advertised, etc.)
