Five stars because I have no reason to deduct stars. I’m using this as part of a multi-pronged attempt to fix hair that was ruined by a supposedly hydrating shampoo and conditioner.As gummies go, these are quite tolerable. My hair *is* improving, not so sure about my nails, but they have always been dreadful. My skin is good but wasn’t really problematic to begin with. I will definitely continue to take these vitamins.
