   Easy to Chew Green Apple Gummies

   These Buporai revival hair gummies with sea moss & pearl powder are packaged in an easy to open clear container with a screw lid. I really like the container as it’s much easier to remove the gummies. The flavor is green apple which has a pleasant taste. They’re easy to chew, but they stick a bit to the teeth. It’s very slight though and almost not worth mentioning. The directions state to take two gummies with a meal. I typically take them after dinner, almost like a little treat. I have used the entire amount (60 gummies) and in 30 days I haven’t noticed any improvements in my nails, hair, or skin health. The product has a 2-year shelf life.

   Why I got itBeen trying take better care of hair lately because stress and dry weather been making it look thinner and more brittle. Gummies easier for me than pills, so decided try these. Sea moss and biotin combo sounded interesting too.TasteActually tastes pretty good. Green apple flavor got little tartness and not super artificial. Texture soft and chewy, not hard like some vitamin gummies. Also didn’t stick all over my teeth too bad.IngredientsMain thing that stood out was the 5000 mcg biotin plus sea moss, keratin, aloe vera, bamboo extract, and vitamins. Nice that it also focuses on nails and skin instead of only hair. Vegan gummies also a plus.ResultsObviously hair gummies not magic overnight thing. Been taking consistently and noticed my nails getting stronger first. Hair feels little healthier and less dry looking too.    Saying that this will cause “hair growth revival” is probably completely wrong. There is nothing in this that should cause a balding person to spontaneously start growing hair. What this does do is include many nutritious items in gummies that are known help improve both skin and hair so it will likely help prevent further balding but should do nothing to help regrow hair. If used with other techniques that can help regrow hair like massaging the scalp then perhaps these can add nutrients you scalp and hair need to regrow.The gummies are “green apple” flavored and I can sort of taste a green apple flavor but it isn’t a pleasant flavor nor it is truely gross. It does have a lot of calcium carbonate like antacids and does have a chalky flavor similar to antacids as well as a sea weed like flavor I assume from the Sea Moss. Overall these gummies taste considerably worse than you average gummy vitamin but I guess you can’t expect candy when one of the ingredients is pearls.If you expect these to regrow your hair then I give this 2-stars as it will absolutely not do that but can help you toward your goal with other steps. If you want a hair, nail, and skin vitamin then these are great as long as the taste isn’t too bad for you. I would say the gummies are completely tolerable but not enjoyable like the other gummy vitamins I buy.

   I take biotin for hair growth, skin, nails. I don’t know if it works or if it’s just placebo, but taking it doesn’t really hurt because you pee out the excess (says the internet). This biotin gummies tastes mildly like yummy green apple in a hard consistency gummy that doesn’t stick to the teeth. It is very easy to use. It contains not only biotin but other nutrients as well, so be aware when stacking with other multivitamins if you are conscious of your daily values. You get 60 gummies for the low price, and if you only take 1 gummy a day, the bottle lasts 2 months. As for effects, it’s really hard to say. I lose hair often after pregnancy and I’m not bald yet… so, positive effects hopefully!
