I have heard many good things about Lions Mane mushrooms and how it helps support cognitive function so when I saw this extract online, I decided to try it out. This bottle has a little over 1 oz of Lions Mane extract and has limited ingredients which is great. It is non-GMO and sugar and alcohol free. The dropper is a little confusing as the dosage is .7ml. That would be a little under the .75 line on the dropper. They should have just put the .7ml on the dropper to make it easier for administration. The flavor is slightly sweet and does not taste bad. Has a little of the mushroom flavor to it but not overpowering. You can mix it with water or juice or take it directly under the tongue. I have been using this extract for a few weeks now and have felt less brain fog. My energy levels have also improved. It is a good deal at the price offered for the amount you get.

Based on other reviews, this supplement seems to work well and is likely a great option if you are completely healthy. However, I want to share an important safety warning. I am currently on blood thinners, and my doctor explicitly advised me against using this product because it has properties that can thin the blood even further.I’m certainly not risking my health over a budget supplement, so I was never able to actually try it myself. I just wish there was an easy way to return Vine items when a medical conflict arises. If you have a clean bill of health, this looks like a solid product, but if you take any regular medications, please consult your physician before buying.

I added .50 ml to my coffee and lo and behold it did NOT change the taste of my coffee. I was really afraid that it would and delayed trying it because of that. I need to take it regularly to see if there are improvements in my memory, but it is convenient that someone has already made this extract, instead of me having to look for a dependable supply in the woods! I am lucky enough to have some that comes back each year on a tree of mine, but that is only one and once a year. It only has 3 ingredients it appears: Lion’s Mane extract, Organic vegetable glycerin and distilled water. I like the simplicity of it…along the lines of how God made it. It is easy to use with the premarked dropper that is included. It is also ALCOHOL, GLUTEN and SUGAR FREEThe ONLY thing I don’t like is they don’t give you an idea of what “a serving” is. Markings are for .25, .50, .75 and 1.0 ml, but where do I start!? I so far have only really tested it for taste and I think I have only used .50 ml. And since I only tested it for taste I cannot at this point comment on the energy levels, focus effectiveness, but I did not notice any side effects. I’m reviewing the Gya Labs Lion’s Mane Extract Liquid Drops. Let’s start off with the physical characteristics. It’s a good quality bottle and dropper. The markings on the dropper can be a little confusing. These are standard droppers, so it says 0.75 on the dropper, while the actual serving size is 0.7ml. So you’ll want to be just under the line on the dropper. This seems reasonable to me.One of things I didn’t like, is that on the box, it suggests mixing with 1-2 oz or water or juice. But if you look at the listing pictures, it gives a more convenient option of dropping it directly under your tongue. They really should include that on the box, as most people will use the box and not look back at listing pictures.It was a good flavor as supplements go. It’s sweet, but not overpowering. I like that it’s not sweetened with any extra sugars. Love that it’s gluten free. You get a hint of mushroom taste at the very end, like an aftertaste.As for the effects, I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks. It’s a pretty stressful time, so I’m more foggy headed than usual. I’ve been able to function relatively well. Comparing to past stressful times, I’m managing better this time. So it’s been helpful for me.

If you can get the dosage right it’s .18 per dose.I would normally go with 4 stars due to no country of origin, but the value seems so good here I’m going with 5 stars.
