I guess Dr. Grundy knows his stuff. These were great for balancing a digestion issue, also increasing energy all day long. They have an aroma of cinnamon. One with breakfast was plenty, makes them last longer.

AVOID THIS SUPPLEMENT
ALL of the other Gundry supplements have been GREAT. But within an hour of taking this Metabolism supplement, I was ILL & SHAKY – and had to lie down. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is too good to be true. I still love the other Gundry supplements but I will not be using this one after trying it.
