Hard to read lable otherwise haven’t seen improvement yet.
I’ve been taking these a few days and haven’t noticed a difference. It’s always hard to tell if something is helping unless you can have tests done like bloodwork or take something long term. There is 150 servings in the bottle so I’ll update this review when I’m done if I end up finding they help or I decide to buy more.They are easy to swallow. I like that one pill is a serving. Sometimes I buy stuff and it will be like 6 pills. No adverse side effects. Only complaint is the label is hard to read. The “suppliant facts” looks blurry and the “suggested use and caution” area is white text over black and looks like some letters weren’t fully printed. Both areas also have small text making it worse. I can make out what it says but am sure people with not so great eye sight would find it difficult. (I can read small stuff easily normally.)

I need more information
This was my second product from this company. The product itself may be fine, though without regulations of supplements it is always hard to tell.There are a few things that feel off to me:The label is difficult to read because the print is so small, the labels on the front are very pixellated so I’m not certain what they are. They are clearer on the listing photo, but the product should look better.I don’t see any information on the listing or the bottle about where these are made, and the container itself was sealed inside but looks very old and worn.The distributor website implies that they make the products, which is odd because they’re listed as a distributer, not a manufacturer.Nothing states clearly that they are vegetarian or vegan.The pills smell alright and the ingredient list looks good.

Ginger plus more but I’m not sure about taking this
I’ve taken all the ingredients in here before separately. It has ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper (to aid in turmeric utilization), peppermint, and lemon balm. I generally love ginger, cinnamon, and peppermint for my stomach and lemon balm may have benefits for a lot of things. The combination looked very good when I read about it. However, while the seller’s description on the webpage says it’s tested in an ISO 17025 certified lab, meaning certain global standards are met, I don’t know the origin of the ingredients or where the manufacturing facility is. There are four very small symbols on the front of the jar at the bottom that might have more information. Even under a very bright light using a huge magnifying glass I can’t read the symbols. I went to the seller’s website and there’s no more information. In their website shop, all of the their supplements are sold on Amazon. I feel that I don’t have enough reliable information to take this.

Fantastic for my digestive health. Also, these ingredients create a potent combination that promotes overall digestive health, boosts the immune system, and reduces inflammation, making it a great option for overall wellness. As a professor I my viral exposure is high and I rotate antiimflammatory meds to assist with joint pain. This is a great option for when my gi system is upset.The 150 capsules give me a solid supply. I can’t confirm they are USA manufactured. If you’re looking to support your digestive health and boost your immune system, this is a solid option. It’s convenient, effective.

Liposomal absorption
These fiber and cinnamon capsules are on the smaller side and easy to swallow. I take them as part of my daily vitamin regime for their anti inflammatory properties. I haven’t experienced any side effects, but I did notice that I felt a little more flushed than usual during the first few days. This seems to have passed after my body adjusted. I like the liposomal delivery method for superior absorption.

They have an ever so slight aroma of ginger, which makes sense.According to the manufacturer, a serving size is one capsule and the container holds 150 capsules, so this should be a 5-month supply if used as directed.I have no way of knowing if any of these supplements work as advertised, but I do happen to like the ingredients in this specific product.I believe this product should be suitable for vegetarians because the capsule is listed as being made of cellulose.Be advised that this product contains a variety of ingredients, ginger, cinnamon, peppermint, lemon balm, and black pepper. The ingredient panel is so tiny and really hard to read. Organic Way To Go
I don’t like taking meds and feel that I’m already taking too many to cure all ills. I like to go the natural organic way to cure my problems before running to the doctor for minor health issues. I noticed that since taking more vitamins I would go days without a proper visit to the bathroom throne.
