Unfortunate rash
Unfortunately, when I started taking the supplement, I developed a rash on my face. I have taken Ashwagandha before, with no ill effects and wanted to add Gingko Biloba because of the good things I have read about it and this supplement looked like a good one, so I wouldn’t have to take separate pills.I can’t say for sure which ingredient caused it, there are so many other ingredients and it could be one of them. That is the down side of taking something with so many ingredients. I may buy separate Gingko Biloba pills to see if that’s the culprit. In any case, you will know within a few if these have the same effect on you.I give it 3 stars because of the pros and cons of so many ingredients.

Focus and Clarity in this 12 Ingredient Supplement
The capsules for this supplement are packed in a dark plastic bottle with a protective seal, the lot and expiration date are clearly printed, in my case the product is good for about 3 years more. After opening there is a light herbal mix aroma from the bottle that remind me a tea store. Each capsule measures around 0.79 in (2cm) long and 0.2 in (0.5cm) diameter so they are easy to swallow. This supplement incorporates an interesting combination of ingredients oriented to increase focus, memory, mental clarity and overall brain health, some of them are new for me but a general search claims potential benefits and a history of use in traditional medicine. The information for the product indicates the ingredients are natural, GMO free, gluten free and certified tested, all of this important to ensure good quality and effective results.Response to supplements may vary from one person to other so It’s always best to consult with a healthcare provider before including them on your diet.

This bottle contains 75 little chances to kill the brain fog and mental exhaustion that I’ve been dealing with. A little casual on-line research will tell you that there is some hope here, but the only way you can be sure is by taking this yourself. I regularly take Ginkgo biloba and Ashwagandha for mood and memory support. This supplement from Gudomet combines both of those with 10 other beneficial ingredients in an easy-to-take capsule, so I decided to give it a try.The instructions say to take 2 capsules daily, so you get 75 days’ worth per bottle. I find the pills easy to swallow and without taste or smell. If I take them on an empty stomach, I get a bit of discomfort, so I always drink plenty of water and take them with my breakfast.I’m about halfway through the bottle, and while subtle, I believe they benefit my energy, mood, memory, and overall health. No supplement is a miracle cure, so don’t expect overnight results, but these feel beneficial. For a 75-day supply, the value of the bottle is excellent. Made in America and non-GMO ingredients, while not overly important to me, are also nice perks of the product. I will continue to use this product for the foreseeable future.

There are so many similar products to this one out there– with different highlighted ingredients, different manufacturers, amounts of individual supplements……. “Brain Help”, “Brain Saver”, “Mindspeed”, etc…….I’ve tried many of them– and while some are really nothing to speak of (effect wise), this one seems to hit me the right way. It’s funny, because it has many of the ingredients in the other ones, but for my physiology, this supplement combo is pretty good.As far as the effects go– of course they are subtle– but I notice more of a level-headedness, a clear-headedness, and a mellow attitude, compared to when I don’t take this with my morning vitamins. If you benefit from any of the ingredients in this formula, I’d recommend you give it a try– it may do the trick for you also!
