They use high quality ingredients and give you 2.5-5 months of supplements per bottle. They are always a great value! This is a high quality all-in-one supplement containing: Apple Cider Vinegar, Ceylon Cinnamon, Turmeric, Citrus Bergamot, Berberine, Garlic, Olive Leaf, Artichoke, and Black Pepper. Good combination product
Know that apple cider vinegar is very healthy, but frankly don’t always want to drink it or use it, so some of the options where it is in the product catch my eye. The other ingredients like cinnamon, garlic, artichoke, etc. are all worthy ingredients. Combine it all into one convenient capsule, and it works out fine.No problem swallowing the capsules. No issues with usage either. Good to have this option.

Turmeric leaves an aftertaste.
Growing up, my parents regularly had my drink apple cider vinegar for health benefits. I haven’t kept it up as a regular habit, but I do take it when I’m feeling a cold coming on. It was this, the apple cider vinegar, that attracted my attention to this supplement. Adding more than just the apple cider vinegar seemed like a really great way to add a number of different supplements.I’ve been taking it for a week now. The capsules are pretty standard size (I’ve got three other supplements that come in a capsule the same size) and I find them easy to swallow.The health benefits to supplements like these … you probably need to make that decision for yourself. My local doctors aren’t big fans of supplements like these (some, but not these herbal capsules) but they also don’t think they do any harm, so I’ll continue with them. You should probably make your own decision.I’ve only given this 4 of 5 stars because I find that the Turmeric leaves an after taste when I take these. I can smell the Turmeric when I open the bottle and if I should belch after taking a capsule, all I can smell and taste is turmeric. I like turmeric … in my food. I don’t like it so much all by itself.

Can’t taste the Apple Cider Vinegear
I have read about all of the benefits of taking Apple Cider Vinegar but I can’t drink it because of my acid reflux. With the capsules, I can’t taste the Apple Cider Vinegar which is a huge win for me. I also like that you get so many different vitamins in one capsule that have huge benefits. I have only been taking a few weeks and already the bloating that I always seem to have has disappeared. With a 75-day supply I hope to see more benefits from this vitamin.
