    Serves the purpose wonderfully

    These fiber capsules do exactly what they’re supposed to. If my nutritional intake were more sensible, I probably wouldn’t need them, but this is the price I (literally) pay for my choices. And the price is very good – go look in the stores if you doubt that. I take five in the morning and five at night, and voila, problem solved. They are a size that allows for easy swallowing, with no taste or aftertaste, and consistent use makes life much easier.

    Fantastic fiber supplements!

    I take about 10 of these fiber supplements a day. The large quantity allows me to take it with every meal I consume.There’s no taste and easy to swallow. However, it’s VERY important to drink plenty of water while taking these. It can lead to constipation as your body adjusts to the daily fiber intake.The ingredients are made from the exact same as the stuff you can get elsewhere. However, you get more bang for your buck getting these.Excellent quality. I plan to purchase these again.
