I’m am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:I like it that these are more powerful than what they replacedGood sourced ingredients

My Husband Says This Works For Him So Far
We have been using the Dr Tobias system of supplements for my husband for a few years. It is his favorite line that actually works for him. We recently ran out of EFA so I thought I would try these in the interim until we get an order for Dr Tobias supplements in the future.HOW THESE COMEThese come in a plastic jar.SIZEThese are the larger sized oil in gel capsules.EASY TO SWALLOW?He has no issues, but if you have a tight throat you may. Some people struggle with larger pills.DO THEY HELP?He does not like it when he burps up the fish oil all of the time. So far, he has not complained of any different effect then his current supplement. He says that these seem to be comparable in performance.THE BOTTOM LINEThese are working for my husband so far, despite that they are not from his favorite supplier of this supplement.MY RATINGFIVE STARS so far. He likes them, does not have issues with them and says they are working for now. I imagine that being a creature of habit he may go back to Dr Tobias in the future, but for now he seems happy with these.

Good Dose of Healthy Fatty Acids, But Contains Allergens
This is a larger-than-average Omega 3 softgel, but it is still fairly easy for me to swallow. It measures exactly 1″ in length. To get what is considered the full dose, you need to take two a day. If these were not softgels, I would have a difficult time swallowing them.There are several benefits and a few drawbacks to taking these gelcaps. Packed into that 1″ length in each softgel is 400 mg of EPA and 300 mg of DHA–for a total of 800 mg EPA and 600 mg DHA in each dose. That is a significant amount of healthy fatty acids. There are 60 capsules in the bottle, and it is recommended that you take two a day. I like to take them one in the morning and one with supper. Taking them with a meal that contains some other fats ensures that more of this product is absorbed that way. I especially like that these softgels have no fishy aftertaste as they have a lemon flavoring.I take fish oil for the cardio-protective, anti-inflammatory, and healthy brain function benefits. I love fish, but fish also has potential side effects. Because of this, I normally eat it only once or twice a week. To get my daily fatty acids, I take supplements also. The fish oil in these softgels is sustainably sourced from anchovies, and these softgels are made right here in the USA.There are a few drawbacks with these capsules. They do contain bovine gelatin and glycerin and are not independently tested by a third party. They also are a little on the pricey side for a one-month supply. Potential buyers with allergies also should be aware that this particular brand is not allergen-free. I do not have significant allergies, so for me, that is not a problem.Comparing the benefits and limitations of this product, I feel comfortable taking this product. However, I give it four stars because of the limited testing on the product and the fact that it includes allergens.
