Helping me manage my stress levels
This is a great blend product. It is helping me manage my stress levels. This has a three month supply since there are 90 capsules and you take one capsule a day. Great value. An added benefit I found is that it’s making it easier for me to lose weight since I am managing my cortisol levels better. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow. Recommend

Formulation has changed and now it’s crap!
This helps to keep me calm. Little things that used to stress me out no longer do. I’m able to fall asleep faster and I sleep better. My mood is much more mellow as well. ****Update: They changed the formulation by adding a bunch of crap and removed L-Tyrosine. This product is no longer effective. Such a shame!

This review is for Grow Vitamin Adrenal Stress Advanced Formula.I’ve been real find of the stress supplement and I’m willing to buy more. It’s got Ashwagandha and L-theanine, plus some others I’m less familiar with. It’s made in the USA too, which is one of my requirements for supplements these days. Good stuff!

Medium sized capsule, not too difficult to swallow, and I’m pleased that it’s only one capsule per serving, as I take multiple supplements each day and like to keep the volume down as much as possible. This also contains two other ingredients that I’m currently taking – so this has helped me reduce how many capsules I take (by two). Win, win and the price is reasonable for me.

Seems to be working
I got this adrenal stress supplement to help me with my daily stress. I also got it to help me with focusing on what I’m supposed to be doing while I am stressed. I think that it is working a little bit but not like any prescription or anything like that would work. But overall for something that is over the counter, it seems to be doing the job pretty well. I also like that. It has added vitamins in there because I am all about vitamins and trying to be as healthy as I can.
