I like that this magnesium supplement comes in liquid form, making it easy to take on its own or mix into a drink. Nice and soothing product
Liquid magnesium is great for those who can’t take pills. I like that this is easy to take and the ingredients. It offers several different supplements that are great. I am a big fan of B vitamins, and chamomile is great for relaxation. The flavor doesn’t bother me, I follow up with water. Overall I am pleased with this product, the quality appears to be good.

These magnesium drops have become a part of my morning ritual. I take them alongside my morning meds/ supplements each day. I’ve been doing this now for nearly a month and still have not finished the original bottle.I struggle with too many chronic illnesses to list. However, what I am comfortable saying is that, these drops have helped with my energy level and daily stamina. I have also had better sleep cycles (watch monitored).So, you need to know, this won’t heal or cure you. If you live with significant pain levels that live over the 5+ scale, this won’t help with that. Much better than large pills
These magnesium liquid drops have been a great addition to my nightly routine. I swapped out my other magnesium pills for this and have been really enjoying it. Unlike the horse pills traditional magnesium supplements have tended to be, these drops are very easy to take. I drop some in a small glass of water or tea of making it that night and noticeably have been sleeping better. I don’t think it’s done much different than my other magnesium supplements but the liquid drops make it so much easier to remember and be consistent with. It does have small earthy taste when added to water but it’s not terrible. They do need to be refrigerated after opening so when traveling I’ll swap back to the pills but these are still nice for most everyday use

Fantastic Liquid Magnesium supplement!
I’ve tried a lot of magnesium supplements and this one stands out because of the additional ingredients, I think it’s one of the best blends I’ve tried!The combination of magnesium glycinate, citrate, L-theanine, chamomile, B6, and D3 creates a comprehensive formula, especially for my perimenopause battling self – I need all the muscle relief and calming I can get. It also works well with my GLP meds. Pleasant tasting drops for your daily magnesium
I take magnesium every day. I usually rotate between three different types. These Greenpulse magnesium balance drops contain two of the types of magnesium that I already take: magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate. I am happy about this because I will be able to eliminate taking the large capsules of magnesium and use these drops instead. This product comes in a dark glass bottle and has a lid with a dropper attached. A serving size is 1 ml, and the directions tell you to take two servings per day. The dropper is marked with the measurements, so it is easy to get the correct amount out of the bottle. You are supposed to mix 1 ml of this drop with 2 ounces of water or juice. I tried it with water. It has a very slight taste, very faintly sweet. It is not unpleasant at all. If you mixed it with juice, I don’t think you would be able to taste these drops at all. These drops also contain l-theanine, which is derived from tea leaves and some mushrooms. According to my research, this ingredient has a lot of of the same health benefits as magnesium. Also contained in this formula are limited amounts of potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, chamomile, vitamin D3, and pumpkin seed oil. If you take any of the supplement separately, you may have to adjust the dosage. I like that the label on the bottle does not go the whole way around, so you can see how much of this product you have left. You need to refrigerate it after opening. The label tells us that there are 120 servings of 1 ml each in this bottle. That is a lot for such a small bottle. If you take the two servings per day, this will last you 60 days or two months. I am looking forward to replacing some of my big capsules with this pleasant tasting product.
