5 Billion CFU….and a glass bottle…..
This probiotic blend has plenty of CFU to help the digestive system work well and to keep the body balanced. One capsule is the suggested dose but you can take one later in the day if you wish to take more. It regulates my body and keeps my digestive system moving properly and cleaning out my system as necessary.I like this healthy gut supplement and will purchase again. 45 tablets per glass bottle.

Good quality SBOs for gut health – certified vegan, FOS included, and 5 bil CPU per cap!
I have been trying to repair my gut for a while with different supplements. It’s a long journey! I’ve found that I don’t respond very strongly to probiotics other than spore based probiotics so I went to give these a try.Since these are spore based bacillus probiotics, 5 billion CFU is about average for this type of supplement. I have seen up to 6 billion in one pill but not more. You have a good mix of bacillus strains, as well as FOS (prebiotic food for them to eat) and the cherry on top is that these are vegan certified! In addition there is of course a veggie cap and no additional fillers or titanium dioxide. Nice!I respond to these about the same that I’ve responded to other SBO probiotics, they do seem to make a difference in my gut health, but I think the fact that these are certified vegan, filler free, have prebiotics in a few different SBO strains (And no more dangerous SBOs that you see sometimes like lichenformis), and come in a nice glass jar just make these really quality probiotics. You can probably get cheaper SBOs elsewhere but a lot of times they put only 3 billion per pill and you have to double up, aren’t vegan, don’t have FOS..so this is just a good value, trustworthy brand to get started with. Thanks for this product!

Good for my sensitive stomach
I’m taking these probiotics because I have a very sensitive stomach which becomes upset very easily. I’m hoping that this will help me to not have embarrassing digestive disturbances as often. This bottle contains 45 days worth of probiotics , I take one capsule daily.So far so good, no negative side affects since starting this supplements.

Low potency and strain diversity, but good for sensitive stomachs
This is a good probiotic option to try if you have a sensitive stomach for other probiotics. The potency is quite low (5 billion CFUs) and there are only 3 strains. In comparison, my usual probiotics have a potency of 20 billion CFUs (or greater) and 7 to 14 strains. However, while the more potent and diverse probiotics work well for me, others in the household have problems taking that high of a dose. This, in contrast, has been very well tolerated, with minimal gas and no stomach upset while still providing good benefits (regularity and better all-round stomach/gut health).The capsules are easy to take, and the suggested dosage is to take one with each meal. Taking 2 per day means the bottle won’t last a month (22 days supply at 2x per day) which makes this more on the high end of the probiotic price scale, especially considering the low potency and strain count. One star down for overall value, but it remains a good option for those just starting out on probiotics, and for those that have not reacted well to higher potency options.

Decent probiotic
I have used probiotics in the past–they really seem to help keep my gut in good health. I decided to try this one for a change and so far in happy with it–it doesn’t cause me any discomfort, it is easy to swallow and seems to be doing what it is suppose to be doing. Overall, I am satisfied with this probiotic.

Helps my son who is dairy sensitive
Probiotics are great for most all people! However, they do wonders for my 3 year old son who is dairy sensitive. I do my best to withhold cow milk and other non-fermented dairy, but it’s not perfect. Probiotics really help his gut and eliminations. 5 billion CFU’s (colony forming units) is amazing too (anything between 1-50 billion is great!).How do you know if you could benefit from probiotics?Upset stomach.
