This is one of the best weight loss supplements I have ever tried. It boosts your immune system and speeds up your metabolism. this is very effective… On my 3 capsule left, just last week I was in 3 days straight of flushing all my toxins out. it’s annoying because i need to go to bathroom but on the other hand i feel great and happy because i did it. I also burp for straight 2 days, i guess i have so much air, my hubby says ur bloated what ever your doing it’s working. I took this one along with Garcina. and I need to buy another bottle of this, since i wanna try taking these along with another bottle of garcina with bragg apple cider at the same time. 🙂 i just need to weight my self. I am on my 1st week taking these with a cup of warm water and 2 tbsp of bragg apple cider.

I bought this product to try to see if I could boost my metabolism, but so far I haven’t seen any change. However, the capsules themselves are easy to swallow and do not have any taste, so there doesn’t seem to be any downside.

It helped slightly with appetite and cravings but my problem is how it affected my stomach, it’s supposed to help with digestion and weight loss over all health etc it made me severely bloated among other issues. It gave me a tiny boost of energy when I first took it it would have been great if it didn’t give me stomach issues.
