It has helped drastically with my hunger curbing and sweet cravings. It has also given me great amount of energy! I have noticed that my clothing is feeling a lot looser. I have lost 3 lbs so far and have been taking it a little over a month now. I started taking 1 tablet a week and worked my way up to taking two twice a day. I do not feel jittery when on in either. It will raise your blood pressure slightly but as any normal coffee or green tea beverage would; but no where near any dangerous numbers. I also suffer from high blood pressure so this is why it affects my numbers. I take medication for it and this will keep me stable. I suspect foul play
I bought it based on good price and positive reviews. But then I spotted something “questionable” – it says 50% of GCA (Green Coffee Antioxidants). But all research and all “respected” sources only mention CGA (Chlorogenic Acid) as the most important component of such supplement. No coincidentally these two acronyms look near the same, but GCA has no meaning from what I could see. We all should understand that this is not just a minor mistake. Nobody makes mistakes like this. This is deliberate and successful attempt to confuse customers. And from what I see many “no name” manufacturers do the same – so it is a common schema and the whole network of, presumably, fraudsters.Then it has a stamp “Sourced from a GMP certified facility”. While there are a few GMP-related certifications I couldn’t find exactly this one. And all certifications must be very precisely worded – this is the point.Further, the company lists mailing address but no website or email. The only website mentioned is nogawise.com – to make a request for a free sample ( I guess in exchange for a review). But the brand of the of product is “Nature Berg”, for which I couldn’t find any meaningful contact or respected mentioning on the Internet.In sum it all looks very suspicious. I am returning this bottle as it is definitely not what they pretend of selling.

I THINK THEY HELP ME!
I have been using Natures Craft Natural Raw Green Coffee Bean Extract on and off for years.Since January 2020, I have been using them more on than off, and since March/April 2020 I have been using them every day.I have always been an after dinner nosher, and can go through a bag of pretzels or tortilla chips each night. I used to exercise on a regular, almost daily basis, and stopped (due to pains) somewhere between 03 & 05/2020.I have barely gained any weight (possibly 5 lbs) in all of these months – probably snacking more than ever, and no exercise; especially with the self quarantining due to COVID-19!The only thing that I do not think it has done much for is my blood sugar level, not that I have had a problem, but it is a little higher than I would like, and I do not see it going down.HOWEVER, I DO BELIEVE that, along with other supplements, Natural Raw Green Coffee Bean Extract has helped me to AVOID GAINING TONS OF WEIGHT!!I have also had HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, and HIGH CHOLESTEROL for years (on 3 meds for them), and I BELIEVE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN MORE STABLE SINCE TAKING THE “Natural Raw Green Coffee Bean Extract.” In fact, MY CHOLESTEROL COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER than when it was tested in August 2020; It was the lowest it has been in years!In May I put the Natural Raw Green Coffee Bean Extract on subscription, and receive 2 bottles every 2 months – I am that convinced that it has helped with all of the above.

Clean easy energy
Green Coffee extract is fabulous for a clean burning energy. I am very sensitive to caffeine and cannot tolerate roasted coffee. Green coffee is a full spectrum experience and is a gentle but effective lift with no crash or jitters. I just feel a bit more alert and energized. No sleep disturbance so long as I take it in the morning. Also, many folks take green coffee for appetite suppressant. I find it does have that effect, also in a balanced and natural manner. the full spectrum makes it a well rounded plant medicine that works synergistically with the body. I take it in the morning with L Tyrosine, Bacopa, and B vitamins for my own Nootropic blend that keeps me sharp all morning with no crash. I like this brand because it has very little fillers, no artificial colors or additives, and its a great price for the quality. I prefer organic everything, but find this to be a good product. Note, if you already take a lot of caffeine (in coffee or energy drinks) you likely wont even notice the effects of the energy, as a cup of coffee is usually more like 90mg and a serving of green coffee is ~ 20mg. But you will still be able to enjoy the other benefits. Enjoy!

Big shock
The capsules were easy to swallow, no taste, and easy to take. Although I was not expecting results (just hoping), I added these to my morning breakfast. I started a diet as my new years resolution, and am working on life style changes in my diet to help my health. I started with only one the first week, then moved up to two every morning. There was no jittery-ness, but I did start to feel a lot more energetic. The amazing result was something I did not expect, that was an appetite suppression. It seems like I do not get those late morning hungers at all when I take these. The appetite suppression lasts all day. I was not expecting that.I was about to order another bottle when I received a card in the mail offering me a free one if I did a review…heck yeah!! I love these things.

I bought this because it was recommended as a daily supplement by a dietary genetic testing I had done. I chose this brand because it was vegetarian, non GMOs, 3rd party testing, gmp, and globally sourced. I am definitely going to continue with this product!! I really noticed a difference in my digestion. Since taking this I have gradually noticed some foods that would give me indigestion no longer do. This was the only change within my diet. I also feel more energetic and less sluggish. I do not believe it is the caffeine because I am an avid coffee drinker. This product does not cause me to feel jittery or crash. It is hard to explain but over all I have noticed a difference from when I take it (I forgot a couple of times) and when I don’t. The only way I can think of how to describe the difference is if you eat a healthy meal you feel great but if you eat a sugary or greasy meal you do not feel your best. The green coffee bean extract makes me feel like I ate that healthy meal.

No Discernable Difference
I was a little hesitant to try this product since I’ve tried similar ones before with no real success, and it seems that streak will continue. While these were easy to take and didn’t seem to require a large meal to prevent getting sick, I haven’t noticed any significant changes in my appetite. I eat well and make sure to keep active, but there doesn’t appear to be a change at all between before these pills and after them. I take as directed and take at approximately the same time every morning.I’m sure there are some people these will work for, but I am not one of those people.
