Excellent potassium supplement with little to no flavor when mixed in a drink
These are great little drops for getting in some extra potassium with mostly all positives and one minor draw back. First, the pros:- Contains 21% of your daily potassium needs in one serving. Many of your standard electrolytes or supplements only contain something like 2% of your daily potassium needs so this is a big jump compared to many other supplements.- Contains no unexpected ingredients than I was expecting to get- The company seems to be very allergen and non-wholesome ingredient conscious. The box states specifically that it contains no yeast, Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Gluten, Soy, Gelatin, Peanuts, Shellfish, Dairy, Artificial Sweetener, Artificial Colors, Artificial Flavors, Artificial Preservatives or Salicylates. It’s super hard to find any supplements without some form of Artificial Sweetener- You can take the supplement directly if you’d like. A lot of your electrolytes come in a tablet form or need to be mixed into something- When mixed into water it has basically zero taste to it. (This could be a negative I guess if you were wanting Blueberry flavored water- Made in the USA and include both a production date and an expiration dateCons:- the dropper doesn’t realllly work like I think they anticipated it would. When you add a dropper to the lid, the consumer would typically expect that dropper to give a single dose of the supplement/medication etc. etc. This dropper doesn’t really do that. You need to pull at least a couple and you gotta have good sight to see that there are lines on the dropper at all- the taste is pretty negligible if you take it directly versus mixed into something. There is a faint blueberry flavor, but there is also a rather oily mouth feel to it that could be quite off putting to some people. Not a huge problem since you could easily just mix it into a small amount of water, but something to mention.Overall, we’ll definitely use them. Particularly during those times that we are struggling more than normal from cramping up to see if they made a difference in that way.

Dropper doesn’t work
My dropper is defective. The most I can get it to hold or draw in is .5mL, which takes a bit of work to just get that amount, and the dose is 2mL, so I have to go through a minimum of 4 tries to get close to the 2mL dose.The flavor is pleasant, and I like that it’s potassium, magnesium and B6. The taurine, I read, helps your cells retain the potassium and maintain proper ionic balance so go them for knowing and including it.The coupon price of $15 makes this a good value but I don’t think I would get it at a higher cost than that. Certainly not with a defective dropper.
