They are sticky for sure but I feel like it does the job. I have a crappy immune system, as well as GERD. These taste good and don’t bother my stomach at all. They have a fruity smell but not overly sweet. A little expensive but definitely worth it.

Ive been taking these for a few months but first time I bought at a big retail food store then I searched here on Amazon. My hair definitely grew including eyebrows and eye lashes. I was amazed by what it actually improved on and that was less hair in the shower.Over the course of 6 weeks I’ve had neck surgery so the hair has been in the way of the brace but before the surgery I absolutely noticed the difference. Don’t buy these slimmy smell aweful vitamins
These gummy vitamins are disgusting, slimmy, stuck together in a glob in the bottle. They smell terrible – very strong medicine like smell. I washed my hands with soap and water and the smell still will not come off. Buyer beware. Don’t waste your money.
