Awesome texture but mild taste
The texture is great and they are very easy to chew, it’s like chewing jello (which I like). The taste isn’t the best compared to the other vitamins/supplements I am taking along with these, but they definitely aren’t nasty. They taste fine, just not the very strong candy or fruit flavor I like in gummy vitamins/supplements. They are a milder flavor. I take these along with my prenatal vitamin because my prenatal didn’t have enough Choline in it which is very important to take during pregnancy. I will still take these until the bottle is empty, and I will reorder if I dont find a different stronger flavor Choline gummy.

This is great for choline and DHA, but really wish it had EPA in it. As someone who hates swallowing pills, it’s hard to find gummies with adequate EPA for what the doctor recommends for pregnancy

I really did not like to take other choline supplements because the aftertaste was terrible. These ones leave no aftertaste and are easy and enjoyable to eat.
