    Fairly bland gummies, interesting mix of ingredients.

    My wife tries a lot of menopause gummies, and I always sample them. Why? I don’t know, but I do. So… I’ve tried a few of these as she’s been taking them.These Goberris Menopause Gummies are.. fine. They are the only cube gummies I’ve ever seen, so that’s unique, but I don’t know if it’s especially a plus. Neither of us mind the cube shape, but we don’t favor it.Taste-wise, they are, again… fine. You shouldn’t expect gummies to taste like premium candy, obviously, but we both prefer a bit more flavor. These are apparently “mix” berry flavor (as opposed to mixed berry).The ingredients (shatavari root powder, ashwagandha extract, lemon balm extract, red clover, black cohosh extract, chaste berry extract and saffron extract) are all useful items, but it’s hard to be certain of the amounts you need of each, as there’s no real guidance on what is “enough”. Nevertheless, it seems like a good mix, but one without a ton of science behind it.These work as well as others she has tried. Nothing about them is bad, and nothing really sets them above the competition. If the value is there for you, I think you’ll like them, but I can’t promise you’ll prefer them.

    Actually Helped with Night Sweats When Other Supplements Didn’t

    My wife has been dealing with menopause-related night sweats for a while and had previously tried taking black cohosh capsules by themselves without much success. We decided to try these gummies because of the combination of ingredients, and surprisingly they seem to be helping quite a bit more.The biggest difference we’ve noticed is with the night sweats. Since she started taking these consistently, she really hasn’t been having the same issues at night like before. That alone has made them worth trying for us. Since black cohosh alone didn’t seem to help much previously, I’m guessing it’s probably the overall blend of ingredients working together that’s making the difference.As far as the taste goes, they’re okay. Not amazing, but definitely not bad either. They’re easy enough to take every day and much more convenient than swallowing a bunch of capsules.I also like that they’re sugar free and hormone free, and the ingredient list seems pretty well thought out compared to some other menopause supplements we looked at. The gummies themselves have a decent texture and don’t have a strong medicinal aftertaste.Obviously everyone reacts differently to supplements, but in our experience these have helped more than the previous products she tried. If night sweats or menopause symptoms are something you’re struggling with, these may be worth a try—especially if black cohosh alone hasn’t worked for you.

    They take the edge off!

    So far these have been wonderful. While the difference isn’t night and day they definitely help take the edge off and some times that is all you can ask for to get through the day. Not every day is as bad as the other so the effects of these really seem to be dependent on that. One plus is that they are gummies and who doesn’t love gummies right? They are so easy to take, infact I look forward to taking them. So not only do I get to ease my symptoms a bit but I get to look forward to taking these every day. Thankfully they haven’t caused any side effects or discomfort for me and as mentioned they are very easy to take because they are gummies. You also get a very decent amount for the price especially considering that they are gummies.

    Good perimenopause gummies.

    It has ashagawanda, black cohosh, shatavari, lemon balm, red clover, chaste berry, and saffron. I don’t know what most of these do, but I do know that ashagawanda seems to help with memory because I can tell the difference when I stop taking it. I have noticed that my sleep quality is better when I am taking this. This has 90 gummy squares in it. You’re supposed to take two a day, which means that if you do take it every day you have enough for 45 days. I don’t usually take it every day and have found it effective anyhow. The cost seems to be on par for most other menopause supplements, which is that they are little costly.The flavor is good and they’re very easy and quick to chew up. I’m not sure if I get more energy from these or not. Overall, though, they seem to help with the deepness of my sleep and my memory.

    Pleasant Taste and Some Early Relief, Worth Trying

    I’ve been using these Menopause Gummies for a short time now and overall have had a positive experience, with a few things worth noting. The price of $24.99 feels reasonable considering the ingredients and the quantity provided.The gummies come in a sturdy plastic bottle. When it first arrived, the lid was extremely tight and difficult to open, which was a bit frustrating at first. Once opened, however, it was fine going forward. I appreciated that there was an inner safety seal intact, which gave reassurance that the product had never been opened.As soon as the seal was broken, the gummies had a very pleasant, sweet berry smell. Based on the scent alone, I expected the flavor to be overly sweet, but that wasn’t the case at all. The taste is mild and well balanced, sweet but not overpowering. The gummies are block-shaped, easy to chew, and don’t stick to the teeth, which is a big plus.In terms of results, I’ve noticed some early changes. My night sweats have reduced, though they are not completely gone, which may mean I need more time with continued use. Hot flashes have not improved yet, but again, I understand supplements like this can take several weeks to show full effects. Mood changes are harder to measure, but I do feel some differences and am still adjusting. I also noticed a slight change in my sleep, I fall asleep quickly and sleep well, but I feel more sensitive to movement or touch during the night.Overall, I think this is a product that requires patience to experience the full benefits. I’ve already noticed some improvements, and for the price and potential results, I believe it’s worth trying. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hormone-free menopause support option, with realistic expectations and time for results.

    Interesting ingredients and presentation

    These gummies come in a 90-count in a mild berry flavor. They are a unique in that they are cubes, and they have the consistency of a firm gelatin which means they aren’t overly sticky nor stiff, so they are enjoyable to eat. After a couple of weeks, I do not really feel much difference, but there are no negative side effects either. I hope there are some less obvious benefits happening given the deliberate array of natural ingredients. An annoyance is that the serving size is 2 gummies, which means this is 45-days’ worth. I never understand why companies don’t just give you 30 or 90 days’ worth. At $25, I think they are a standard price to similar products on the market. If you are wary of purchasing online, be aware the jar itself is sealed in plastic and then has a seal inside at the mouth of the bottle for freshness & tamper-evidence – I had no concerns there.

    These menopause gummies are marketed to help with hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and sleep support. They contain a long list of herbal ingredients, including black cohosh, ashwagandha, lemon balm, red clover, saffron, and shatavari root. The gummies themselves have a pleasant mixed-berry flavor and are easy to chew.My hesitation comes from the fact that the gummies taste almost entirely like candy with no hint of any of the advertised herbs. Out of curiosity, I cut one in half and found it difficult to judge how much of the listed herbal ingredients was actually present as the gummy was very translucent. After taking them for about three weeks, I personally did not notice any meaningful improvement in night sweats, mood, or other menopause-related symptoms. While individual results may vary and some supplements can take longer to show effects, I wasn’t able to determine whether this product was providing the benefits advertised. The gummies are certainly enjoyable to eat, but I remain uncertain about their overall effectiveness.

I also appreciated the ingredient blend, especially the inclusion of Black Cohosh, Ashwagandha, and lemon balm, along with the fact that they’re sugar-free.The gummies themselves are fairly well-made. They don’t have a strong or unpleasant smell, and they don’t stick together in the bottle like some gummy supplements do. The texture, however, is noticeably firmer than many other gummies I’ve tried, so anyone with sensitive teeth or dental issues may find them difficult to chew. The flavor was acceptable overall — not terrible, but not especially enjoyable either.In terms of effectiveness, I did notice some improvement with hot flashes after taking them consistently for several days. However, the results were fairly modest for me personally. Considering the cost for a 45-day supply, I don’t feel these worked well enough to replace my usual Mexican wild yam capsules, which I’ve found to be more effective for my symptoms.
