   These GNC probiotics solutions for women capsules are excellent quality, but I would expect nothing less from GNC!I have been a loyal user of GNC 25 billion daily use probiotic for years so was excited to try these new GNC ones to compare.To start like I said I’ve used gnc 25 bill for years. It took me many trials to find the right probiotic that worked for me (I went through A LOT) of different brands and options before I landed with GNC 25 bill because it reduced bloating, didn’t upset my stomach or give me cramps/pains or indigestion and helped regulate my digestion.These women’s probiotics have the exact same strains and amount as the 25 bill but switch out the fructooligosaccharides for an additional 5 bill lactobacillus women’s health blend, lactoferrin and cranberry blend. So total of 30 bill CFU in each capsule. See my images with the ingredient lists side my side. I’m guessing the cranberry is fantastic for dealing with UTI issues.The women’s capsules are larger than the GNC 25 bill daily (see my other image showing side by side size comparison). But they are still a smooth texture making it very easy to take.I get very hesitant to switch supplement brands or products because there are so many out there that cause issues with digestion, gut or skin. But the transition from 25 bill daily to the women’s has been seamless, meaning I did not experience any side effects or digestive issues switching to these! And I’ve been using the women’s for almost 2 weeks now. Incredibly happy!The bottle comes with 60 capsules with daily suggested dose of 1 a day so will last 2 months for one person.Also no added flavorings or colorings!Great quality!

   This product has several beneficial items for Women’s Health. The first four strains on the label are known for helping the GI tract. The strains listed under women’s health blend on the label will help with a healthy vag microbiome. The Lactoferrin listed is not from cows’ milk, but is listed as “Effera” which is human-equivalent protein (like what is in human milk). This form of lactoferrin, to me, means the company went an extra mile to achieve quality. The convenient thing is the product does not have to be refrigerated. One disappointment and why I took away one star on my review is the label does not clarify if the capsule is enteric coated in order to protect the probiotics from stomach acid. Enteric coated capsules will open up after entering the small intestine. To me, this is important to know. I did not contact the manufacture to ask this question. The cranberry extract added to the product is a nice edition, however, I am looking for a higher milligram dose of the cranberry as my urologist told me to take 500 mg per day. This company, in my opinion, has shown themselves to work hard towards making a beneficial product for women. This is not a perfect product, but it comes quite close in my opinion.

   I really like GNC products and I’ve been using a GNC digestive enzyme for close to 20 years now and I have it on automatic delivery through Amazon however they are out of them so I saw this on the vine listing so I thought I’d try it since it is GNC and it is a women’s probiotic and it’s supposed to help with your digestion. Since it’s supposed to help with your gut health, your vaginal flora and your urinary tract health, I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve taken them for two week. There were two days that I did not bring them with me when I was out of town and I did notice a difference in my morning routine when I did not take them, so I think they work pretty well. This bottle contains a 30 day supply. The capsules are a maroon color due to the cranberry that they put in them. They are of average size and are easy to swallow with water.

   I got this for myself; the multi-system benefits are what sold me. I already have enough medications. So having a whatevers-in-one sounds awesome. However, since I started this, I feel like my IBS diarrhea has gotten more frequent. But I’m also taking Senna, which is an anti-constipation medication. So if you’re like me and taking both, see if reducing or discontinuing Senna will stabilize your frequency. But I’m not sure if this is the cause, cause IBS likes to flip-flop between diarrhea and constipation. Overall, a quality product from a trusted brand. Just make sure you consult your doctor when starting any medication. And plan to monitor new symptoms so you can report them.
