    Massive container- tastes great but only 13 servings

    I’m kinda confused by this product. 4 scoops to get 50 grams of protein and 770 calories- and, thus, only 13 servings per container doesn’t really tick the value for money box in terms of either calories or protein. I got it because I’m in cancer treatment and keeping weight on is a problem– but so is 4 scoops of powder. It’s a lot and it dos fill you up, but I find 4 scoops is too much- so 2 scoops is 385 calories and 25 grams of protein- I think I’m better off with my whey protein and something else- I get more protein and more calories.As for taste- it’s really tasty and I think GNC makes a good quality product. I have no stomach issues with it, so it seems easy to digest- obviously easier than solid food in my case.For the target audience- younger, trying to bulk up, this may be a great product for you if you’re ok with the value proposition. For me It’s good for the occasional time I need some calories but my stomach and mind can’t take solid food, but I wouldn’t get it again

    Price reflects quality

    More expensive than most, but one of the “healthier” mass gainers when looking at ingredients. Then again, you’re probably not buying GNC if you’re looking for the cheapest option.If you’re following the instructions and using 4 scoops in 2 cups of milk, you’ll want to use a blender. One, you’ll need a giant shaker cup. Two, you’re going to be shaking for 10 minutes to get every clump out.2 scoops in 2 cups is my preferred ratio and while it’s doable in a shaker cup, I still use a blender.While four scoops taste better, two scoops taste like watered down melted ice cream. That’s not a complaint. Anything sweeter would be kind of gross.If you’re mixing half a gallon at a time, you’ll also want to shake before pouring. It tends to separate in the fridge.Regardless, GNC continues to supply quality if not expensive products.

    Yummy!

    Love this powder! It tastes like desert! My favorite way to drink this is to add it to milk but tastes good with water as well! Serving size is a huge 4 scoops but I generally add 1-2 scoops per serving which will make this last longer. I definitely think this is high quality and it fills you up like a meal would so can also be used as a meal replacement. It’s definitely not a cheap supplement. And if you use the full 4 scoops recommended it won’t last too long (13 servings). That said it comes with a ton of powder (almost 6lbs) and you can stretch the duration it’ll last if you want to use less powder. But at the price point and my current budget, unfortunately it won’t be something that I’ll be able to order regularly. It mixes well. I just mix it into liquid with a fork. Doing it this way it does still have a “chunk” or two of powder but frankly it tastes so good it’s like a little soft bite of cookie and I love it haha. If you’re not scared away by the cost then definitely order some of this. I mean it tastes sooo good!!

    Great tasting protein packed mass gainer!

    This is an excellent mass gainer protein mix. Each serving comes with 770 calories, 3g of creatine, and 50g of protein. Along with several other ingredients known to be effective at boosting performance.It has a great cookies and cream flavor. Using a shaker cup it mixed together well with a smooth texture and no clumps. Everything digested well too. Only thing I really didn’t like are the small pieces of “cookie”. It’s kinda unnecessary in a protein powder imo, and they just got stuck in my teeth. Luckily there really isn’t a lot of it in the mix. 4 scoops in 16oz of liquid seems a bit thick imo also.Overall I would say if you’re looking for a good quality and great tasting mass gainer from a trusted company like gnc I would definitely recommend giving this one a try. The price is a bit high but you get what you pay for and I would consider it a good value.

    Great for bulking up!

    This is a great high protein with creatine and betapowder to give high performance workouts and build muscle. It is not ideal for cutting weight. Each serving has 770 calories with 127g carbs, it’s specifically formulated for muscle gain, not fat loss. Both my son and SIL are personal trainers and recommend this product. The quality is very good and GNC is a reliable and consistent brand.     The first thing that surprised me about this product was the serving count. This container is almost 6 pounds, yet it only contains 13 servings. That sounds crazy at first until you realize just how large each serving actually is.The Cookies & Cream flavor is enjoyable, mixes reasonably well, and the powder quality seems good. If you’re someone who’s intentionally trying to gain weight or add calories to your diet, this packs a lot into each shake.The tub arrived well-filled and sealed properly, so despite the seemingly low serving count, I didn’t feel shortchanged once I understood how much product goes into each serving.Overall, it’s a quality mass gainer that delivers what it promises. Just don’t be shocked when you see 13 servings on a nearly 6-pound container. The servings are enormous, which explains where all that powder goes and is a great value
