Good for stomach acidity issues
If you have stomach acidity issues, this works perfectly. Just take it on empty stomach. I started with half a scoop and increased the dosage to 2 scoops. This doesn’t appear to be a cure but a temporary solution.

I bought this after getting very sick after antibiotics. I didn’t realize antibiotics kill good bacteria as well as bad. I hadn’t taken antibiotics for over 20 years, and no one told me to eat yogurt or take a probiotic. I had extreme digestive problems for 2 months. I used this along with probiotic, yogurt, change in diet, etc. I put this in a juicer drink or sprinkled on cereal each morning. I eventually nursed myself back to a healthy life! I now use it, and I have extra on hand if I start having intestinal issues.

Worst experience ever
I’ve used this before and it’s amazing. Well Wisdom creates some stellar products that have more benefits than others. But Amazon said my package was delivered. It was not. Made a really horrible effort to make it right. Then recommend I buy the same product, that’s now 20% more expensive. What a sham.
