Small capsules but inconsistent fill
Overall summary of pro’s and cons:Pro: GMP facility, small capsules, easy to swallowCons: 4 capsules per serving, inconsistently filled capsulesThese are a bit smaller than the normal sized capsules but there’s 4 of them. I wish they had gone standard size and managed to fit it in 3 capsules. I already take so many things that even cutting down by 1 is a huge help. Oddly some of the capsules are filled to the brim while others you can see empty space and the powder moves around.These claim to be manufactured in a GMP facility so quality control shouldn’t be an issue. Once I finish these I will probably look for something in a 2-3 capsule serving size.

(1) LABELING & PACKAGING – it’s a larger, sports-demographic style bottle attractively packaged with excellent label quality and more importantly, READABLE FONT & FONT SIZE. If I’d been selling this when I managed a supplement store, it would have flown off the shelves.(2) MAKE AND MANUFACTURE ? I DO LIKE that it is *formulated* in the USA but do NOT LIKE that they obscure / do not share where the product is being processed. (I get that some raw materials may be obtained from multiple international sources, but where is the manufacturing done?)(3) The FORMULATION is interesting / unusual. (A) It doesn’t share the same high amount of MSM & CHONDROITIN found in most mainstream joint supplements (I have found through experimenting that an extra dose of Chondroitin does in fact help me), (B) For anyone curious, the “Supports Healthy Joints” section is a good dose (200mg worth) of anti-inflammatories. (C) The 200mg “Immune Blend” is a first for me, for joint support.(4) DOSAGE – for anyone concerned about the serving size of FOUR capsules, don’t be alarmed. These capsules are smaller than standard, and are very easy to swallow. Certainly much easier than the “horse pills” from many mainstream providers.(5) EFFECTS? Positive results so far, but the jury is still out…I’ve only recently started testing this supplement, after kicking to the curb something that flat out wasn’t working. So far, results have been mild but encouraging. My knees already feel better than when I was testing the previous blend, for 3-4 weeks, but I’ll wait until I get back into a more strenuous routine before I judge prematurely.

They seem to work great!
They really do seem to work well, and I waited a few weeks to review so I could give an honest one. I am not ancient (58), but do have some pretty healthily blooming arthritis going, especially at the base of my thumbs. I know this is not unusual, but it really does stink (different word in my head). So, if something relieves that, I feel really good about it. A test yesterday…my friends and I did a 70 mile quad ride (I have a quad, most of them have caved to side-by-sides), and my right thumb on the throttle is usually about frozen up by mile 40. Yesterday, a few good stretches and I was fine! Probably TMI, but these supplements are so hard to distinguish, I thought I’d share an actual story. Oh, and by the way, they recommend 4/day (which is a lot), but I’m only taking 3/day. I will repurchase!

Good mix of ingredients in an easy to swallow capsule
My wife was complaining about pain in a number of her joints, and her doctor suggested that she consider taking glucosamine, Chondroitin, turmeric, and fish oil to address the issue. She likes this particular supplement because it includes several of those suggested ingredients in a single capsule. The capsules themselves are smaller than many other supplements she’s taken, but the recommended dosing is 4 per day, so she was taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. They are easy to swallow, with no after taste. She has not noticed any adverse side effects while taking this.

Good blend of ingredients for joint and immune support. After taking it regularly, I’ve noticed less stiffness and overall better mobility. Capsules are a little large, but easy enough to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. A solid supplement if you’re looking to support both joint health and immunity.

Also, these ingredients are supplied in the form of extracts which are better utilized by the body. Another plus for this product.The results folks get from taking glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM differ. This is due to many variables. However, this is a very good product to try if one is considering taking a glucosamine-chondroitin-MSM supplement with supportive ingredients.I have to applaud the manufacturer for including this warning on the product bottle: “If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have blood clotting issues, or have any adverse reactions, immediately stop using current products. Please consult your physician before using.”Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate are the components of cartilage in the body. They are the building blocks for cartilage and appear to cause the body to make more cartilage.Supplying glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM in the diet may help maintain healthy cartilage. In some cases, where the cartilage has degenerated resulting in inflammation, a supplement like this sometimes appears to positively influence the affected area. Studies on the results of taking supplements for maintaining or normalizing cartilage are mixed, as are anecdotal accounts.I am taking this supplement on a preventative and maintenance basis.

I am not a doctor and I do not have advanced equipment to measure out if the ingredients listed are exactly what are labeled, so this review will be based around the appearance, labeling, perceived quality, and ease of use. For a top-line review, my main concern and reduction for these pills was the fact that I was able to easily find 15% weight variations between the pills (see pictures).This variation was found, not by testing every single pill, but by testing only a small amount seen in the cap. This makes me question the exact amounts of the active ingredients that are in each capsule and would really like more consistency for this type of item.Other than the weight variations, the overall appearance of the pills is very uniform and they appear to be using standard vegan capsules. These kind of capsules can get a bit sticky, but over all, they are easy to take. We have had no issues taking these and if the volume for each pill was more accurate, this would have received a much higher review.The container uses 1-PET plastic, which is highly recyclable but should avoid extreme heats (don’t leave in a hot car). This is not a good or bad thing, just a simple observation for the few that like to know this information.

These capsules are smaller and easier to swallow, though they do recommend that you take 4 per day with meals, and the larger pills are usually only 2 per day. This is a great option for people that have a hard time swallowing large pills.
