Noticeable difference in joint comfort
I’ve been taking these for a few weeks and can already feel a difference in my knees and hips — especially after long days or workouts. Didn’t Live Up to the Hype
I purchased the Fitfido Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM and Turmeric supplement (180 capsules, unflavored) with high hopes, based on the numerous benefits advertised for joint health and flexibility. Unfortunately, it didn’t make one bit of differenceThis is a premium-priced supplement, and I expected premium results. I stuck religiously to the recommended dose for two full months, yet noticed absolutely zero difference in my joint comfort or flexibility.The “unflavored” capsules are fine to take, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. If you’re looking for a noticeable improvement in cartilage health or a reduction in joint pain, I would recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere. This was a total failure.

The Costco versions of similar material variously comprise around 300 tabs containing 1500 glucosamin, 1200 chondroitin or 1500 chondroitin/1500 msm for about the same price as this smaller number (180 tabs) comprising 1500 chondroitin/400 MSM). Studies of whether these have any effect are mixed, but published papers indicate that the possibly small noticible effect, if any, takes months before it is detectable. Purporting boswellic acid (???) and/or tumeric (plus vitamin C and black pepper) to be useful for joint relief reminds of voodoo.Bottom line is that the glucosamine and chondroitin may provide some slight long term relief for joint issues, this stuff apparently supplies these (but there is no independent lab confirmation on the label), so after many months, there may be some long term relief.At its list price, this product is expensive, and had no perceptible short term effect, but none was expected. It is apparently nontoxic and there may be placebo effect benefits for some folks.

This is minor in the scheme of things, but I have to laugh at the name Fitfido, considering that my dog also regularly takes a glucosamine supplement for joint health and pain relief. Fortunately, beyond the bottle labeling, it’s impossible to confuse the two, because his are chewies.These supplements are gentle on the stomach, with no side effects. There’s also no discernible taste, either while you’re taking it or afterward. As for effectiveness, actual mileage may vary with each user, but I did notice a difference.

I have been taking Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM for years. I wanted to try this brand because they include a lot of beneficial supplements in addition to Glucosamine and Chondroitin. I like that this supplement is non-GMO and Shellfish-free because I am seafood intolerant. I also like that it is produced in a GMP-Certified lab.The listing goes into a lot of detail on the ingredients and possible benefits so you can look there for more information.The capsules are easy to swallow and the recommended dosage is three capsules which you can take all at once or spread throughout the day. I usually take them all at once because if I do not I usually forget to take the other two. I do not notice any bad effects from taking them all at once. The capsules are odorless and tasteless.The price is a little high. You can find these ingredients for less, but I am willing to try this brand to see if it works better than the others I have tried.

I take turmeric for joint therapy and continued health, specifically my two previously injured knees. This was easy to take and had no ill effects afterwards. I stopped taking the other turmeric liquid that I was taking in order to try this on its own. I feel like it is working to help just as much as my liquid turmeric supplements. This is slightly more convenient to take than the liquid. You get a 60-day supply for just under $45 before taxes (and shipping if you don’t have Prime). I feel that’s slightly pricey. I recently received this bottle of a heavenly combination of gems from nature for joints and mobility, by Fitfido!! I have already taken 4 doses, as I have been taking them for 2 days, and I need 2 per serving, so I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, and let me tell you, my body KNOWS, when these are not legit!! These ARE the genuine article! I am only TOO familiar of all these components of these supplements, and have taken them for decades, but what a find and a treat, to have them ALTOGETHER in 1 capsule!! Marvelous!!! You can see and smell the turmeric. The price of $48.99 is a little steep, but these are a 2-month supply, except a bit less in my case, as I am 50 +. These are a US company, and manufactured in my home state of NY! Actually where the show about a nanny took place some years back, called Flushing. These have a lot of certifications including non gmo, GMP, FDA, and they have 0 fillers!! LOVE!! LOVE!! Lastly, they arrived at lightning speed from order! 1 day actually, of course I’m in the same state. I highly recommend!!
