The back film peels off smoothly and does not leave a lot of adhesive on your hands. The breathable material is more comfortable for me, and I don’t feel particularly irritated when I take it off. There are 90 tablets in a box, which can last for a long time with daily use, so you don’t need to restock frequently. What I value more is the ease of wearing. I have used several kinds of patches in the past. Some are too sticky and will make your skin uncomfortable after being applied for a long time. Others are thicker and can easily shift during movement. This berberine patch is thinner and has good softness. It will not crack easily when attached to the curved position of the body, and can basically maintain its original position when walking around. I usually dry my skin after taking a shower before applying it. The backing film is easy to peel off and there is not a lot of adhesive left when I take it off. When the weather is hot and I sweat, the breathability of the cloth is better than the thick patches I have used before. There are 90 tablets in a box, which can be used for a long time according to the frequency of daily use, and do not require frequent replenishment.

These berberine patches are very easy to use. You just peel one off and apply it to clean, dry skin, and the box says to wear it for about 8 hours. They stick well, hold well during normal wear, and for me they were not itchy or irritating, which is definitely a plus for any patch product.The box comes with 90 patches, so the quantity is good and it should last a while. I also like that they are small, easy to store, and convenient. The label lists berberine, pomegranate extract, cinnamon extract, white kidney bean extract, garcinia cambogia, and L-glutamine, so it is marketed more like a wellness/metabolism support patch.That said, I honestly do not really know what they are doing. Berberine is usually something I know as an oral supplement, so with patches it is hard for me to judge how much is actually being absorbed or whether it is really effective. I would not treat this like medicine or expect dramatic results. Overall, they are comfortable, stick well, and the value is decent for 90 patches, but the real effectiveness is difficult to prove.
