It should not be so hot the whole glass bottle , it was under the sunshine for so long, it it is liquid supplement , I am not sure if B12 still work or not due to the temperature of the bottle is so high, I am vegan, I need the B12 to work properly for me

This is the best. the taste is great, like a treat. It does not have much chance at longevity because i finish them so quickly. The vitamin content is good one dropper full for a good dose. I think in a liquid the absorption of vitamin is better and never have I had it bother my stomach or digestion.

Helps my older cat
Cats will eat when smaller-than-human-dose amount is mixed into their wet food. My older cat needs extra B12 due to liver/pancreas/intestines issue. He is feeling so much better with this and milk thistle mixed into his wet food once per day. Obviously, I had to adjust the dose for a cat, but finding this instead of cherry flavor is great!

First, a couple conversions for dose purposes.A dropper is provided with each bottle.Using water as an analogue, 1 gtt, the smallest size drop possible for that liquid viscosity, equals 83.3 mcg.The average adult maximum daily dose of B12 to avoid wasting it is 500 mcg to 1000 mcg.So that comes out to between 6 to 12 drops a day.One bottle has 5000 mcg, which translates to 60 drops in each bottle.Anymore than 12 drops and the additional B12 is just washed out of your system.Which is at worst a 5 day supply at maximum dosage.While it is a little pricey, I am very willing to sacrifice price for quality.Around 1/8th dropper on the tongue is acceptable and not bad tasting.I’m no medical expert, just a nerd that can’t help working out simple equations to help me forecast personal consumption.Hopefully the neuropathy I’m experiencing will begin to reverse in the near future.That would be priceless.
